The owners of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. They should not be allowed to operate under such poor conditions. I didn't expect the the waldorf , but this is a disgrace. The woman at the front desk was nice, but that was IT, everything else was hell. After a long drive into town for a funeral,All I wanted was hot shower, and some clean sheets to sleep on. What I ended up with were, weird smells, Things growing in places that shouldn't and a rug that felt like I was walking on grease. Before I even got to my room I passed by overflowing garbage container that hadn't been emptied in God knows how long. I cant give a full nights review, because the bed bugs asked me to leave. (I'm not kidding, the place has bedbugs) I grabbed my things and got out of there. This place is Bad, Bad, Bad , even for a short stay. The pics are Misleading.
Rooms were old but clean. Wifi did not work so I could not use my electronics. I had a delightful woman at the front desk who was very helpful. The last day I had a gentlemen who was very not helpful at all. He stated the computer was down and could not give me a copy of my bill and it would be emailed to me. When I received 4 emails the next day of the folio, it was for another persons stay. When I contacted the hotel regarding this error and my concerns, the gentlemen I spoke with was rude. I received no results to the issue and do not know where all my information went.
The room was quite spacious, quite provisional. I like the fact its very convenient being right off the major highway. The rates are very refreshing and reasonable and the Night audit young Lady, Crystal, is absolutely amazing and knowledgeable about everything. She is indeed an asset.
Stayed here for one night while we were passing through. Room was horrible. The door was torn up and splintered as if someone had kicked it in. The lock was questionable. There was a recliner type chair that was so filthy we wouldn't touch it. The bed was so very uncomfortable. We should have moved on but we were so exhausted from driving. And, by the way, no elevator so you have to carry all of your luggage up the stairs. Our window was wide open when we arrived at the room with no screen. It was ridiculous! I still can't believe we didn't leave. Never again!!!
I have the hotel for you, if you want: Insects in your bed, holes in the wall and sheets, pieces of ceiling falling in, and the great smell of smoke in your non smoking room. The manager wasn't in, I asked him to call me, guess what, no call!
Don't be fooled by the low rate & pass this place by. Check in was quick & very easy. Friendly staff was A++ I got to the room & was very pleased with it. Very clean & spacious King room. Bed was comfortable & shower was perfect. Recommended for a cheap comfortable stay
Rooms are nasty. I found a hypodermic needle in the grass by the parking lot, enough said!! The heat did not work, it was 38 outside and they gave me an extra sheet to stay warm. Our feet stuck to the floor, hallways smell of pot. Their continental breakfast is coffee. I didn't expect this to be a fancy hotel, however I did expect it to be clean and safe.
I have stayed here & I must say that they are awesome! Friendly staff absolutely helpful, clean and reasonable prices you can not beat that. if you want to relax and get away this is the perfect establishment to do I will be staying here again
This hotel was exactly what I needed. I have stayed here a few different times. The rooms I have stayed in were in good shape. This Red Roof Inn has always been quiet and relaxing. The service has always been good and the staff was very helpful.
First I want to say that I've stayed at lots of Red Roof Inn hotels in my 39 years of life. THIS PROPERTY is like no other Red Roof Inn I've seen. It's outdated, poorly maintained and for lack of a better word, damn near a dump. I booked it through Hotwire, so I couldn't get a refund. I was in the middle of a 10-hour drive--I did 6 hours--and couldn't continue. So, I needed a place to crash. Don't make the same mistake I made. The Good: there was a lovely lady at the front desk when I checked in. She was friendly, personable and upbeat. The older guy that manned the front desk when I checked out was also nice. Now back to the hotel. The Good: great customer service. The Bad: outdated room, poorly maintained property--the pool just off the lobby looked like a mini swamp--and the Ugly: there was a chick standing in the hallway IN HER UNDERWEAR looking out into the parking lot at around 7:30 a.m. I suspected very quickly that this property is frequented by hookers and pimps. There was a group of guys hanging out in the front smoking weed when I arrived!!!! EITHER FIND A ROOM UP THE INTERSTATE OR KEEP DRIVING PASS THIS PLACE!!!!!
