As soon as I walked in a roach went crawling along the wall, The TV would not turn off so we had to sleep with it on all night, the A/C unit made sounds of water bubbling and leaked water all over the carpet and had it set on 60 but it felt like 80 in the room. Spoke to many of the other people staying there and they had the same issue. Towels had little curly black hairs on them, the phone next to the bed did not work and the one on the desk had to be messed with to work. Someone was spoking Pot so it was coming into my room and the hall was filled with smoke. I called the front desk and he claimed to try to find the room and couldn't and claimed he called the police. Found out in the morning that never happened. Breakfast ran out of juice and everything was cold.
Hot breakfast was a nice surprise. The staff at breakfast was excellent.
Our AC unit was filthy, the remote only worked for the cable box not the TV and rhere were stains on the curtains. The front desk staff announced my address as and personal information in front of multiple people instead of showing any form of discretion.
Staff very friendly. Room clean, beds just right, towels soft. This hotel was better than some very expensive 5 star hotels in which I have stayed. A real gem.
Pool was warm and clean. Spa was hot!! Towels stocked and someone was always around checking things.
The pool was disgusting, there were dead bugs floating everywhere and the tile on the side of the pool was filthy and slimy. My son broke out in rash after 20 minutes in the pool. The rest of the hotel was fine, but they need to work on their pool desperately!!!
Needed updates. Phones, tv's didn't work. Needed to touch up trim with paint. Older establishment.
