Great Find - Close to Elon

From the moment we booked, Benjamin and Ali were in constant communication with us and quick to respond if we sent a message. The house is so close to Elon University, which was a huge plus, and perfect for our group visit. They have a great fenced in back yard for pets and we look forward to returning to this property! Thanks Ali and Benjamin!!

Exactly as listed.

We was here for a work trip. The house was exactly as listed. It has some privacy as listed. We enjoyed the ping pong table. It was 2 miles from most grocery stores. And better yet 24 minutes to the job near greensboro umoversity.

Cute & comfortable but some struggles

This house is very well done- love the updates, furniture, linens and artwork. My mom, sisters and I stayed there and it was really comfortable for 5 adults. But I had a few issues starting with communication before the trip. I asked about the tv situation (streaming, etc) and didn’t hear back until several days later when I sent another message. Then when we got there the lockbox was really hard to get open. It looks old and worn and they could use a new one that’s easier to open. There’s a gas fireplace but the igniter switch was so loose it actually came out. There was no tension so we couldn’t light it. And then the first night we heard scratching in the kitchen and in the morning a mouse had eaten part of a stick of butter. I contacted the owner about the last two issues (the igniter & the mouse). I got responses but nothing was actually done, just that they would have someone in the management team look into it.

An exceptionally clean home, that is tastefully decorated. Clear, concise communication from the owner of the property. This is our second year to the surrounding area and i believe we found our future, forever home town. I will definitely stay in this house again as we make our arrangements to find a home and make our move to the area. I highly recommend his house!

This property is amazing, everything was beautiful, very clean, the beds were amazing, had a hard time opening the lockbox, but other than that we had a great time, now that I know it’s not to far from my family in Greensboro, we will probably rent this place again

Relaxing

Although it was a rainy weekend this place had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. The game room/barn we a little suspect at 1st but I’m not really an outdoorsy person so I had to wipe some things down 1st and still didn’t really use it so much so I thought I would. For most part very nice place and I would stay again!

This house was awesome to stay at! Perfect place to book with several friends and family 💜. The only issue we had was having a 10am checkout; be aware pf the times before booking as no late checkouts are approved. Great location
