The moment you walk in the building, you smell smoke and see dirt on the carpets. It's completely outdated and filthy. When i went to my room, the bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Towels were brown and full of hair. The sofa had food stains all over it. The air conditioner had food stains and the absolute worst was the used bandage taped to the peephole inside the room. I quickly packed my luggage and left. Don't ever book a room there.

All good. I was satisfied with the room, cleanliness, and customer service.

This was the nastiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It had cockroaches, we had a non-smoking room with Tara nicotine all over the walls. The bathroom had a mostly rolled out three pieces of toilet paper on it. There was no blankets on the bed, I was frightened to death because of possible bedbugs.

1/3 roll of toilet paper on roll and no spare roll. No box of tissue in spot built for it into bathroom counter. The front doors -front desk check in area had shady looking drug use characters sitting outside on ledge just hanging out. Police cars present on 2-3 different occasions.

Needs to be torn down and replaced. The vending machines are the nicest feature...

Ok room, fair conditions for the price. Nice staff, clean room...questionable persons cruising around hotel and grounds made me uneasy.

The most disgusting room I have ever stayed in- stains on walls, chairs. Shower was filthy.

Bathroom Door wouldn't close Room wouldn't keep a consistent temperature. There were cigarette burns on the bed spread and we had a non smoking room. But the staff were friendly!

This was a very disappointing experience overall. We checked in, they gave us a room, when we got to the room it was dirty and full of garbage. When we got to our new room I went to take a shower and we had no shower curtain and no body towels. On two different occasions the maid came to see if we needed any thing I gave here our dirty towels, and they never brought us back any I had to go to the front desk to get new ones. The hallways and entryways smelt like smoke, musty, damp and so on. The back parking lot felt really unsafe, there were people sleeping in their cars all of the time, always something going on yelling, screaming, activities that I don't want to be part of. Most places after a certain times at night the doors lock and you need a key to get in, this place was never secure at any time people could walk in at will. Please fell free to contact me we can talk more in depth.

This hotel was filthy and not acceptable at all. The non-smoking room smelled so badly of cigarette smoke and mildew. The bathroom was very dirty. The floor and toilet were not clean and there was mildew all around the tub. Between the smell and filth, we did not stay. We canceled our reservation and left the hotel. I would never recommend anyone stay at this hotel.

Within 15 minutes of being in our room we seen a roach. I w asnt sure it was at first because I had never seen one before. After seeing another I went to Google and then noticed more and more. I reported it, the manager wanted to switch my room but I knew if they were in one room they'd be in others so I asked for my payment back. I had paid for a few nights and they agreed to refund it then didn't give me the full refund. My bank is disputing it.

Hotel room was disgusting, was given a smokers room and windows did not open to ventilate. Requested different room due to asthma. Was told hotel was full, this was the last room, even though I had made reservations weeks in advance, I was given last available room. I requested refund and left hotel.

toilet overflowed all night.other guests hollered and screamed all night. when I asked desk cerk why wifi didn't work he laughed and said wifi never worked. No hot water in morning for shower and when I went to "continentalbreakfast" there was no coffee or tea but stale buns were plentiful. At 8 a.m. a plumber who spoke no English walked in on me almost naked. .

Hotel did meet all my needs and expectations. Clean and adequate for the price

Smelled like cigarettes. I don't understand why budget hotels think they have to have smoking rooms. I saw a number of guest smoking outside the hotel. Just make everyone smoke outside and improve the travel experience for everyone.

Was meeting a good friend for the evening it was OK nothing fancy

The location was great and exactly what we needed.

Carpet and blankets not good. Sheets were clean. Good coffee.

Staff went out of their way to make sure all was well. Although the hotel could use to updating, you can't beat the value. The breakfast was good too.

Returning son to Elon and traveling with our dog. Hotel takes dogs so I decided to stay here. Room was clean but had an air freshener oder the entire time. Staff was helpful if needed. There where a number of people that seemed to be living there, that was sort of creepy.
