Peaceful Easy Feeling

My family just returned from a wonderful weekend in Greenbackville. This was our second trip to this home. The house is clean, spacious and well stocked with all the supplies we needed in the kitchen and bath areas. We will definitely book another stay. The owner was great to deal with and was quick to answer any questions we had. We love the area and enjoy our morning coffee on the back deck in such a peaceful environment. We even saw a bald eagle one morning - so majestic! Easy drive to Chincoteague, Pocomoke & Berlin.

Pure Serenity

Total peace & quiet: We had an amazing stay at Dimitry’s place! The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Back yard was awesome. Our dog loved it. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment of our trip. Property description was accurate. For the age of the home the necessary upgrades were made but the charm of the house is still intact. Host was quick to respond to any questions and was accommodating when we requested to adjust the dates of our trip. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place off Chincoteague Island. Easy drive to Chincoteague & Berlin, Md.

The property was far (about 20 miles) from Chincoteague which also was the closest church, beach, activities, restaurants etc. The house needs quite a bit of work but nothing was terrible. I would recommend new towels and kitchen linen (ie dish towels and hand towels). The appliances all worked but need to be cleaned up or replaced.

ok place but non-responsive owner

House is a fixer-upper that the current owner has done a lot of work on. Basic amenities are good. Owner didn't provide instructions about wireless access. I messaged him shortly after we arrived but he didn't respond. Fortunately, I found a piece of paper in a bedside nightstand that had the password, so we were eventually able to overcome the problem. Still, the failure to respond was unacceptable.
