The house was in excellent shape. Plenty of towels, bedding, pillows, etc. We did not get to use the hot tub due to the cold and severe wind. Very good experience for us!

This house is beyond. Anything in the pictures can ever show. Every single room, which were many, were decorated beautifully. So classy and elegant. The game room is bigger than I imagined. Every room is bigger than I imagined, actually. We didn’t want to leave. Lol! We all might go back there for Christmas. I honestly have never been in such a beautiful house.The backyard is also huge and perfectly manicured, with plenty to do outside. I just can’t get over how beautiful this home is—inside and out. Very quiet neighborhood, as well. We felt safe and private. Between the game room and outdoor activities, you could spend an entire vacation in that house without needing to go anywhere else.Joe and Tiffany are amazing hosts, as well! Very responsive and friendly.

Great house for a large group

House is spacious, providing lots of areas for everyone to hangout. House is very inviting to spend time together, with lots of things to do at the house. We took advantage of it all, hot tub, fire pit, game room, board game room. Highly recommend

All around perfect

We needed a home in the Greeley area for family members to gather and stay while in the area for a surprise birthday party. This home and location proved to be the perfect place. All the basics of home were there and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Great home for large family

The house was great for our large family. We had 6 adults and eight children (age 2-9). There were toys for the littles, games for adults, great “fun zone” in the garage area, and a huge patio with fenced yard. Very clean and well organized! Homeowners were very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Perfect house in beautiful condition and very clean

We rented the house to visit with our family in the area. They got in first to setup a surprise birthday party for our daughter. When we arrived they were all talking about how amazing the house was. It looked even better in person than online. Everybody had an amazing time cooking and eating food and playing games. I personally loved the amazing hot tub. Would definitely book this house again.

Awesome!

We came in town with a few moms and daughters for a volleyball tournament. This property was exactly what we needed. You can tell the owners take pride in making it a nice place for their guests. The kids loved the hot tub and game room in the garage and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not feel like we were on top of each other. We will definitely book again in the future!!

Family/Teen friendly

The house was perfect for my volleyball team or if you have a large family. The were plenty of beds, linens, blankets, dishes, silverware and bathrooms for all. The game room, hot tub and large family space downstairs were great for the girls to hang out, watch movies, play games and even a little hide and seek. The hosts were very accommodating, helpful and made sure we were good to go before, during and after our stay. It was in a good central location for us to be able to go to our matches without a long drive. Thanks again!
