St John Resort Modern Suites is located on the outskirts of Tsilivi on the grassy hillside of Tsilivi, Zakynthos, Greece.

With panoramic views of the Ionian sea and overlooking the village and the long sandy beach, these Suites are of the highest quality and all have the added luxury of their own private swimming pools.

The newly built Suites are ADULTS ONLY and situated in a separate, very private and quiet area of the resort and all have private pool pools which are heated in April, May and October.
Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a sofa bed, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
