MMStudios Perissa is located just a stone throw away from Perissa beach, the largest sandy beach of the island. Only 12 kms from Fira town, the capital of Santorini, the airport and Athinios port. As MMStudios Perissa is located in the heart of the village of Perissa you can easily reach by foot mini markets, restaurants and the famous beach bars of the area, as well Perivolos Beach and Agios Georgios. However renting a car is the best option to move around the island.
MMStudios Perissa is a small family owned and operated Hotel that makes its home in an Aegean Cycladic Architecture building. Perfect for couples, families and group of friends who travel on a budget but still never renounce comfort, privacy and quality. It features Double, Twin and Triple Rooms with comfortable mattresses, WiFi, Air-condition, refrigerator and private bathrooms. The biggest plus is our small but refreshing swimming pool that our guests can enjoy from 11:00 am to 14:00 pm and from 17:00 pm to 20:00 pm every day.

Upon your arrival, in order to avoid unnecessary stress and frustration, let us book an arrival transfer service. Our driver will wait for you at the port or airport and will bring you straight to us. (Extra cost).
