Spacious three-bedroom apartment at the historical area of Halepa, only 2 km from old and down town, with unique sea-view. It can accomodate up to 9 guests. Big balcony. Shared outdoor terrace with bbq and wood-fired oven. Living room with two large sofas next to the fire-place and dining table. Bright fully equipped kitchen. Every bedroom is aircondiotioned and has spacious closets. There are two bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower.Master bedroom has kingsize bed. Second bedroom has bunk beds and one single bed. At the third bedroom there are bunk beds. In the living room there is a folded sofa that can be easily convert to a comfortable double bed. Also, extra kids could stay at the sofa after demand.The apartment is on the first floor with elevator. The whole building is accessible for disabled people and persons with reduced mobility.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a sofa bed.
