De President Suite, DeMaNi President Suites
Each suite has a heated indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and spa. Necessary to mention the Roberto Cavalli decoration, stained glass windows, rare ceilings, oak floors and handmade paintings that create an idyllic atmosphere. State-of-the-art technologies from Grohe, Miele, LG, Vondom, Kleeman and Haffro shape the “smart home”. They are built in a privileged area next to the sea, in a quiet street, in the center of the city. All according to strict adherence to health protocols.
It is in a privileged area as it is 30 meters from the waterfront and the main beach of the city, it is located right in the center next to all public services, banks, department stores, clothing, dining and entertainment areas, close to the general hospital, adjacent to most tourist city accommodations, near the Venetian fortress of Kazarma, the archaeological and folklore museum. It is very close to the intercity bus station, the airport and the town’s port.
