It is a two-storey house of 300 sqm in the area of Prasas in Heraklion, in Crete with amazing view to the sea. It has an outdoor area with a spectacular pool (120 sqm, 2.5 meters deep, 12 meters long, and Jacuzzi area for hanging out), a barbeque area with a grill and oven and an outdoor bar with bar-fridge and sink and a dishwasher machine. Inside, the house has large comfortable, well equipped spaces; a living room, dining room, full kitchen, utility room, elevator, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and playroom. There is also garage area inside the property.
The whole house is intended for guest use only and It is suitable for rest and tranquility.
The house is 7 minutes from the airport and the port of Heraklion and 5 minutes from the sea by car.
Moreover, it is about 5 minutes from the centre of Heraklion where the New archaeological Museum of Heraklion , and Natural History Museum are and about 10 minutes from the archaeological site of Knossos and 15 minutes away from Creta Aquarium, which is the greatest aquarium of the Mediterranean sea.

Wonderful stay

The villa is beautiful, the posted pictures do not do it justice. So much room and everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. The pool is fantastic. There is always sun or shade, depending on what you need. The area is very quiet and the views are stunning. You do need a car but there is a supermarket in walking distance. Maria was brilliant and responded very quickly to all our questions. I would definitely come back. Many thanks.

The house is very large, plenty of room for everyone, the pool is huge too and nice and deep. Had a truly lovely time. There is a very friendly bar five minutes walk away, views from the pool over the airport, so always something going on! 10 minutes drive to decent beaches or to Heraklion, really couldn't ask for much more. A car is essential, as is a smartphone and someone competent with Googlemaps/directions! Thank you so much, after such an awful 18 months this was just what was needed and exceeded expectations in every way.

Wonderful stay in this villa!

The villa was much better than our expectations and the photos really didn't do justice. Everything was excellent. The pool and the Jacuzzi were great and we spent a lot of time in them. Kids loved playing in the pool during the hot July sun. The property is a nice location with a view of the airport. We enjoyed watching planes land and takeoff during the day and night. The rooms were clean and the elevator was very helpful. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic items. Overall this villa is very nice for a family to enjoy a relaxing holiday in Crete. I would gladly recommend to my friends and family. In addition, Maria and her parents were great hosts as well.

Wat een fantastisch huis!Alles was aanwezig en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaresse had koffie, water, sap en koekjes klaargezet. Was goed te benaderen en communicatie was prettig en de reactie volhde snel bij vragen. Het zwembad is heel erg groot (en diep) en super schoon. Tijdens het verblijf werd deze nog een keer schoon gemaakt. Het hele huis was prima schoon en beddengoed, handdoeken waren ruimschoots aanwezig.Wij hebben er een geweldige tijd gehad

Das Haus und auch die Aussicht waren Umwerfend. Die Kinder konnten sich frei bewegen und hatten viel Spaß in dem riesigen Pool. Die Lage des Hauses ist grundsätzlich gut aber man ist auf ein Auto angewiesen und auch an den Fahrweg nach oben hat man sich schnell gewöhnt. Kurz gesagt....ein toller Urlaub den wir gerne wiederholen

Très bon accueil. Maison splendide. Il faut pouvoir communiquer en anglais au téléphone avec Maria qui est très sympathique et disponible. La voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer car la mer est éloignée et les chiens en liberté peuvent être agressifs. Soucis de lumière pour dormir car les volets sont endommagés. Pour le reste tout est perfait.
