Everything abou the experience of staying there was awful booked a room with two rooms and was told there were no rooms left. So the owner had to make us wait an hour to make a single room for 4 people to share! While making the room we were told to come back later when the single room is ready. And when we came back to the hotel we entered the single room it was small smelly and had dirt and no amenities whatsoever. We had a small child with us as well. The only god thing from this awful experience was that the owner made and gave us free breakfast but that doesn’t make up for everything else we experienced as we travelled far to stay at the hotel and we were so disappointed with them. When you book and pay and you get a confirmation of the double room that is what you should be getting and not changing lastminute to find us a smaller single room and then to clean the room for over an hour making us wait even longer. We were tired it was hot we all needed some rest and shower as we had travelled from London on the day. In overall a disappointing stay for us unfortunately. They need to sort out their online booking system because apparently it’s been poor for ages but they have not managed to address that issue and they told us other guests have had similar experiences in the past. Not happy at all as that is unprofessional to provide a service and not fulfilling that service by not having a room once you arrive and also knowing you have flaws with the booking system is poor.
