Full equipped kitchen great owner and manager very respectful just strict on smoking outside the property entrance strangely and £500 fine on a public pathway which makes no sense However I had the greatest stay with a. Fair few friends of which owner let me upgrade my room for a good price early morning so me and friends could sleep as I ended up having 2/3 more people stay than expected Very understanding people and quick to help us out when it was needed Will be staying again and for that price a night you honestly couldn’t go wrong a whole studio flat with a great hot shower rainfall and shower head! Only issue was they could have used the same if not differnt shampoo/conditioner and could also have checked the cleanness of the towels that were used in both rooms as I found them to have stains and be fairly dirty for use, but this was the least of my problems the staff more than made up for it especially Richard and Mo- Hamid Thank you I will be booking again in the future!

Parking couple easily be an issue as there are only a few spaces in their car park and on road parking is permit only. We were lucky to get the last space. Loved the fact the room had a seperate living/kitchenette/dining area to the bedroom. Was clean and comfortable.

Ok for one night but wouldn’t stay longer

Initial communication was poor, tried to reserve a parking space before we left but no luck, and no one answered the oyo phone. The apartments were ok, beds were comfortable but the sofa beds both dirty, and bins in both apartments left unemptied. Shower in one room was excellent but the one in the other was hanging off the wall. We were only there one night and the location is perfect for the main drag of restaurants and the Britannia pier.

Great property in central location. Nick was readily available and helpful during our stay, the studio apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped (not surprising as Nick was always was around with his cleaning equipment). Communication from Hanif prior to check was prompt and responsive. I would definitely stay again and thoroughly recommend it to others.

More halfway house than hotel

The room itself was ok and location good if you want access to the beach. However, during my stay (one night, for work), it was quite noisy and got the impression it was more of a halfway house out of season rather than hotel. Strong smell of the devil's lettuce, people running up and down the corridors, no staff...won't be going back.

Convenient location.

Amazing apartment, just around the corner from the beach and the pier. Key code entry worked well and we felt safe. Street parking was scarce, so once we got a space we tended to stay there, however OYO helped with a payment link.

Had a lovely stay at the oyo hotel. Very clean modern and check in was really easy oyo was there to help through a simple txt highly recommend. Will definitely be bookong the hotel again.

Brilliant property and communication is brilliant. Felt really safe getting in as there is a key pad to stop people getting in to the reception area. Apartments are all lovely - we had 3 apartments as staying as a group of 3 couples. Really easy to find and get too. Great location as easy walking distance to everything. We attended for an event on nearby. If we return to Great Yarmouth we would look for availability here first.

Property is well looked after. Lovely and clean aswell as spacious. Tea and coffee supplied which isnt normally in apartments. The owners kept in touch frequently thoughout our stay and we even extended our trip and stayed an extra night due to their kindness and caring nature. They accommodated our every request and were just lovely. Will definitely book again next year! Thank you so much!
