Convenient for attractions, plenty of restaurants and cafes. Very comfortable room and good breakfast.Although Ft Yarmouth has improved compared to 10 years ago, some areas still look in need of attention

It was really good, the place was lovely and very homely. Couldn't fault the place in anyway. Breakfast was excellent and they were brilliant hosts.

BnB was exactly as listed! Clean, ideally located and the hosts were helpful throughout! Breakfast was lovely every day and the room was spotless. Would definitely return!

Lovely place to stay. Owners very welcoming. Explained everything to us. Made sure our car was parked correctly. Helped us up to our room. Couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Can’t fault this place at all. I went for a couples weekend away at the seaside and it was perfect for us. Especially the price for what you get and the service that is provided. Highly recommended

Lovely hotel pretty central to beach an town

Clean and convenient for all amenities

The room was lovely and clean and warm the breakfast was good and the owners friendly. The down side was that the bed didn't get made and the bathrooms weren't cleaned for the time we stayed
