Rooms are tired and dated. Not much storage for clothes. Bathroom floor gets drenched from a shower. Walls are paper thin and could hear everything from the drunk. Staff offered to talk to them but could not move us easily as a wedding was on. Breakfast is good

The staff were excellent but the reception and bedroom decor is tired. Threadworn stair carpets, sofas with ripped fabric, paint chipped and noisy sliding shower doors which I could hear each side and above me.

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day, including fresh bed linen. The food was delicious. We had a large room with a sea view, which was wonderful to wake up to.

Staff made the stay that extra special, they all were so friendly and very helpful, room was great with nice view of the sea and lights from the docks, room was very warm but nice and clean, huge comfortable bed and fresh water bottles each day were provided, along with tea and coffee. The meals were amazing especially the steak meal which was a real credit to the chef. We certainly would love to stay at the hotel again and soon.

Very hot in the room, although this could be due to the kitchen being below the room. The heating in the room was turned off. Dinner was terrible, although on previous occasions there have been no issues.

Our room was clean & tidy. The staff were pleasant & helpful. The breakfast, food in the evening & drink were good & reasonably priced. Overall we have no complaints & enjoyed our stay. Communication prior to our stay was good as the hotel kept us informed of any issues & events taking place. In the summer having direct access to the beach would be great for families. Yarmouth was not far to travel to. Thank you to all the staff.

Lovely hotel in a prime location. Extremely helpful staff. The food is great (afternoon tea is a must, dinners are abundant and tasty, breakfasts are served in a cosy art deco setting.). The rooms are clean and comfortable. There was a slight issue of a vent system being very loud and disturbing our night. The reception was not aware of it and proceeded to fix it upon our departure- hope the gears are lubricated and quiet now
