Marrams View | Winterton Cottages

Marrams View is a cosy two bedroom cottage, which backs onto the dunes at Winterton-on-Sea. From the back door you're straight onto the dunes, where it's a two minute walk over to the beach.

The front door opens into a porch, which leads straight into the comfortable living room. There are two sofas and throws are provided. The cottage has electric heating throughout, as well as an electric stove in the living room. There's a smart TV with access to streaming services and Freesat. The dining room has seating for 6, and from there you go straight into the well equipped kitchen with views over the dunes. There's an integrated electric oven and microwave, hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. The back door leads straight onto the dunes.

Upstairs bedroom one is at the front of the cottage and has a comfortable king size bed. Bedroom two has a standard double size bed and is at the back of the cottage with views over the marrams. There's a large wet room upstairs with a walk in shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside there's a good size enclosed garden with a lawned area at the front of the cottage, and outside seating where you can catch the afternoon and evening sun. At the back of the cottage the kitchen door opens onto a path leading to a patio on the edge of the dunes - this area is open and not enclosed. There is off road parking for 2/3 cars at the front of the cottage. Marrams View welcomes four dogs free of charge and are welcome throughout the property. `if they are joining you on the furniture, please use the throws provided.
