This cottage is a dream. Nestled in a serene setting, our nice and beautiful property offers the perfect escape for guests seeking tranquility, fly fishing and canoeing on the Au Sable River. With 3 cozy bedrooms, including 1 full bed, 1 double bunk bed, and 2 twin beds, everyone will find their own comfortable space. 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, ensure convenience for all. Whether you're unwinding in the living area or exploring the surroundings, our cottage provides a delightful retreat. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

Enjoy 1.3 acres of land with beautiful views of the river from the family room and large screened in porch. There is a large platform in the river to fish or simply enjoy the mesmerizing scenery and trickling sounds of the river. You're also minutes away from Shupac Lake State Forest Campground for boating, fishing, and swimming. Trails and hunting lands abound. All of this nature, while only a couple minutes from the corner store and restaurant in Lovells Township, 15-20 minutes from downtown Lewiston and 30 minutes from downtown Gaylord and Gaylord's Golf Mecca. Tons of privacy!

Amazing property! Did a simple boys weekend, bonfires and grills worked perfect! Sat in the river for a while, river access was impeccable. Home had pretty decent beds and all the kitchen supplies we needed. Once we had groceries from down the street we enjoyed a relaxing riverfront vacation without a need to leave. 10/10 and will recommend this place to family and friends!

Perfect river access

The house was better than the pictures portrayed. We were very comfortable and loved the location. Our kids had a blast looking for rocks and playing in the shallow waters. Future renters: bring tupperware, scissors, tinfoil, seasonings, and any extra pans or baking dishes because the kitchen was slim on those items.

Great little spot. Unfortunately, a large willow tree took some storm damage and hinders a great view of the river.. Overall very happy with our stay.

Nice cabin on the river

Really nice cabin with all the amenities needed. Not too far away from downtown grayling about 20 mins. We had a great time enjoying a few days up north.
