In the hamlet Brenzio 4.5 km from the centre of Gravedona, 51 km from the centre of Como, 55 km from the centre of Lecco, in a secluded, sunny, elevated position on a slope, 4.5 km from the lake, in the countryside. Private: natural state property, terraced garden with lawn and trees. Heating available only from 15.Oct. - 30.Apr.. 3 km long narrow motor access (mountain road). 50 m footpath to the house. Public parking 50 m on the road. Shop 2.7 km, supermarket 3.2 km, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop "C10 Como-Menaggio-Colico" 3 km, railway station "Colico" 21 km, sandy beach "Serenella" 4.5 km, grass beach "Lido di Gravedona" 4.5 km.
