Great room, good WiFi and fantastic breakfast selection. The receptionist was very helpful in organising a taxi for me to the railway viaduct and tunnel out of town. Unfortunately it was all spoiled by the fact that the restaurant was closed in the evening despite a room service menu being in the room

A minha estadia foi bem tranquila, sendo bem atendido pela equipe de funcionários e quarto bem limpo. Houve 2 pontos que destoaram no contexto geral. O chuveiro estava necessitando de uma limpeza nas saídas da água, pois esta saia do chuveiro de forma bem espalhada e com isso diminua o fluxo de água onde precisávamos. Outro ponto a destacar que destoou foi a ducha higiênica, pois além de não funcionar derramava bastante água pela parte interna e não permitindo que o fluxo da água seguisse o curso normal

O hotel é bem localizado, grande, tem estacionamento, piscina. O quarto é bastante espaçoso. Ficamos no quarto 15, tinha uma cama king e duas camas de solteiro. A roupa de cama e as toalhas são brancas e bem conservadas. Tem armário para roupa, mesa, espelho de corpo inteiro. Muito tranquilo. Dá para descansar. Tudo perfeito, com exceção do chuveiro, que estava muito fraquinho e com a água espalhada e também não tem secador de cabelo.Trocando o chuveiro por um com jato forte e colocando um secador de cabelo, certamente a nota do hotel vai melhorar. Achei que o café da manhã podia ter mais variedade.

Quarto espaçoso. Colchão confortável. Chuveiro razoável. Passamos duas noites. Não fizeram limpeza no quarto, não forraram a cama, nem trocaram toalhas. No primeiro café da manhã estava ótimo. Tapioca e omelete super bem feitos. No segundo dia, uma hora antes do término, já estavam faltando vários itens no buffet. Justificaram porque estava cheio de hóspedes, mas eles teriam como se programar melhor. No final, foi uma estadia razoável para boa.

Bom num aspecto geral

Quarto confortavel, porém com bastante barulho no andar de cima durante toda madrugada. Café da manhã gostoso, porém não muito variado. No geral, uma boa opção. Hotel não se mostrou aberto a pedidos simples, como por exemplo, nos colocar num quarto com varanda para o estacionamento(aberto) inves de varanda para a parede do vizinho que nos tinha sido colocado. No momento da reserva não foi apresensentado opcoes diferentes de vista, o hotel estava relativamente vazio e mesmo assim só nos trocaram depois de muita insistencia, nos dispensando da cobrança de 40 reais inicialmente feita. Na saida, da mesma forma, não deram opção de late check out, e ainda disseram que o check-out seria às 11hs, quando na reserva consta às 12hs. Nada que comprometa a estadia, mas de fato, não é aquele lugar que recebemos essas gentilezas que fazem muitas vezes a fidelizaçao do cliente.

Muito desorganizados, não sabem as próprias reservas que fizeram, chegamos lá cansados e a atendente fez exigências que são incomuns como por ex pedir o voucher , todos hotéis que fomos nós damos nome e identidade e já encontram, mas beleza, voucher dado aí passaram a exigir um extrato do cartão de crédito, eu n ando com app desse banco no celular, mesmo assim acho que não cabe ao hotel cobrar isso, de toda sorte mostrei o recibo da hotéis.com comprovando o pagamento, ainda assim ficaram causando problema, nos tratando com desconfiança, até que a a atendente deixou a gente entrar, mas no próximo dia iriam verificar isso, entrei logo em contato com o atendimento da hotéis.com mas o hotel n respondeu eles. No dia seguinte novamente queriam me cobrar o que eu já havia pago, após algum estresse pudemos ir embora. No mais o café da manhã estava com um queijo podre, em relação aos pontos positivos diante desses negativos tão grandes nem da vontade de se falar. 3 palmeiras nunca mais

Nossa estadia foram 3 diárias. Chegamos dia 30 e saimos no dia 2. O hotel tem grande potencial com boas instalações. Em termos de estrutura não temos o que reclamar, porém quanto ao atendimento e serviços a nota é 0. Serviço de quarto precário, a cozinha (alimentação) é péssima, com exceçãodo café da manhã que é comum, o hotel estava sendo gerido por estagiários, além de não oferecerem nenhum diferencial para o Réveillon. Pra ficar bom, ainda tem que melhorar muito.

O check in demorou muito porque, segundo o atendente do hotel, a setor de reservas não trabalha aos finais de semana. Daí não tinha minha reserva e demorou mais ou menos 1h para finalizar o check in. O que foi muito desconfortável, pois estava com minha filha de 5 anos e fica muito impaciente.
