Tudo ok. Check-in demorou alguns minutos pois teve que mudar o quarto, checkout tranquilo, tem elevador, o quarto tem TV, frigobar, banheiro com todos os itens (3 toalhas, sabonetes, xampu), 2 lençóis bons, ar condicionado sem barulho e gelando, só o armário que tá desgastado e com cheiro forte, então deixamos as roupas na mala mesmo. O café é variado, tem suco, bolo, salgado, frutas, pão, geleia e é servido a partir das 7h. Como não pode estacionar em frente (apenas embarque/desembarque e estacionamento para táxis) pode pagar um valor de 20 reais por diária para deixar o carro em uma terceirizada e quando precisar do veículo é só pedir na recepção que vem deixar o carro no hotel. O hotel fica de frente ao marco zero da cidade, e próximo à estação ferroviária e há 10 minutos a pé do monte bom Jesus. Todos os passeios que fizemos foram a pé. Não recomendo o supermercado que fica vizinho ao hotel (a crítica aqui NÃO é sobre o hotel, e sim sobre o supermercado ao lado), pois compramos 2 produtos vencidos há mais de 2 meses e só percebemos no domingo antes de ir embora, e lá estava fechado, então melhor evitar. O próprio hotel vende produtos (bolacha, pipoca, café, etc.) e é mais organizado.

O hotel fica localizado no centro da cidade, as acomodações são regulares,, atendimento bom, café da manhã muito bom, a noite há opções de janta no restaurante do hotel ao custo extra de R$ 20. A internet é rápida, quarto possui smart TV, a qualidade dos canais ar não são boas. A cadeira do quarto é muito desconfortável e a mesa de apoio muito alta, o que dificulta sua utilização para uso do notebook. O Hotel é bom, mas não corresponde ao valor da diária que paguei.

Bom custo benefício

O Hotel encontra-se em reforma, bem localizado, camas confortáveis, quartos com mobília nova, smart Tv, ar-condicionado split. O café da manhã é muito bom, com bastante variedade, e possui um serviço de jantar bom por um custo adicional de 20 reais. O ponto negativo fica pela ausência de elevador, fiquei hospedado no 3 andar e são longos e cansativos 3 lances de escadas até o quarto.

Foi muito boa minha experiência, a parte ruim só foi no dia que eu estava o elevador estava quebrado, fiquei no 4º andar, pra subir e descer sempre que precisava era cansativo. - banheiro: cerâmica das paredes descascando / descarga fraca e entupida - internet wifi terrível de lenta, até celular 3G ganha na conexão - corredores externos: paredes mofadas e baratas pelo chão - café da manhã sem gelo e suco quente - estacionamento distante (pelo menos tem transbordo e manobrista) Apesar de tudo, a equipe é muito prestativa e cordial. As coisas boas e as coisas a melhorar

No geral razoável. O quarto que ficamos muito abafado ele tem ar e funciona bem porém como o quarto deve ter ficado muito tempo fechado ficou um cheiro desagradável. O que está faltando também é sinalizações, como: Proibido descer a escada ( uma que da em um "porão", perto da piscina), placas informando as numerações dos quartos que tem no corredor ficamos um pouco perdidas para achar o quarto, o quinto andar tem um ar de abandono é onde ficamos e onde tbm fica a piscina. A recepção foi bem agradável, a comida é uma delícia. Por fim, falta atenção com esses cuidados o hotel não é só recepção. Quem desejar dicas: Não fiquem no quinto andar( o elevador é bem pequeno e só suporta 3 pessoas por vez), Podem ter suas refeições lá mesmo café, almoço e janta são uma delícia mas não tem desconto para hóspedes o preço é 20 reais mesmo.
