This bright and open unique loft is in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. The Lake + Company Loft has a very functional layout coupled with unique architecture. The combination of the historic exposed brick with modern finishes gives you the feel as if you are downtown Manhattan.
The loft has a full kitchen with all the high quality amenities:
The studio is pet friendly. But we do charge a $25 nightly $50 weekly charge to recover added cleaning costs. This is a one time charge.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker, an ironing board, and a desk.

Sib trip to Grand Rapids for bike weekend

Great location and Accommodations. Constructive feedback…..water pressure at kitchen sink is poor, additional towels in bathroom for showers, coffee maker needs descaling, loft bed is quite tight to ceiling, more nightlights throughout.
