Shadow Mountain Villa is a spacious, rustic-modern luxury cabin perched on a hilltop overlooking Shadow Mountain Lake. Featuring extensive wood paneling, stone fireplaces, and high-end finishes, it creates a warm, inviting atmosphere. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, plus an additional flexible-use space, it comfortably accommodates large groups.

Bedrooms:
Upstairs Primary Suite: King-sized bed, Smart TV, direct balcony access with lake and mountain views, private bathroom (dual sinks, walk-in shower, bidet, jacuzzi tub), large walk-in closet, in-unit laundry.
Upstairs Second Bedroom: Twin day bed with pull-out twin trundle, balcony access.
Downstairs Bunk Room: Two twin-over-twin bunk beds, beautiful mural.
Downstairs Master Bedroom: Queen-sized bed, Smart TV, sliding glass doors opening lakeside.
Boat Garage Conversion (Flexible Space): Features two full-size beds, a full bathroom, a closet, and a play/TV room with a daybed and a large Smart TV. Ideal for kids, teens, or extra guests.
All linens, pillows, and blankets are provided.

2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 bath towel per registered guest are provided.

Guests will have full, private access to the entire Shadow Mountain Villa, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, game room, private movie theater, balconies, and the 2-car garage. Owner`s closets are locked and marked `DO NOT ENTER` and are not accessible.

The host will not be present during your stay but is readily available to assist with any questions or requests you may have. We aim to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience and are just a message or call away.

his cabin is located in the Shores of Shadow Mountain, an HOA community within Grand Lake. The quiet time in the neighborhood is after 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of these time restrictions and our neighbors while still enjoying your stay with us!

ABSOLUTELY NO WOOD BURNING FIRES ALLOWED. THE STATE OF COLORADO IS UNDER A STATEWIDE STAGE 2 FIREBAN AND ANY WOODBURNING FIRES ON PROPERTY WILL BE CAUSE FOR A MINIMUM OF $1,000 FINE.
