The views of the Lake, proximity to town and the polite young lady that checked us in on 9/15/25 were the positives about this property. Then there was the stain right outside our room door and more stains on the carpet as you entered our room, carpet was also pieced together in the second room, maybe from a bathroom leak or something, the security lock was damaged and unusable, just remove it or replace it, there was a stain on the sheets on the main bed, thankful we had a room with two beds and the second beds sheets were clean. Mattress also wasn’t the most comfortable. The bathroom had low counter tops and a low round toilet which clogged up twice on us. We also left before sunrise and there was no outdoor lightning. As I already mentioned, this hotel had a nice view of the lake. This was a sufficient one night stay, but I would not have been comfortable staying longer. Property needs some remodeling. I also think we paid too much, but my husband says we paid for the Lake View.

The only redeeming thing about this place is the location. It's central in town and has nice views of the lake. Otherwise, it's outdated, bordering on decrepit. The bathrooms are particularly run down and my shower had a dead bug in it. And there doesn't seem to be a way to control the volume of the TV. I would not stay again.

Perfect location for a young family with little ones. Right on the lake and couple hundred feet to beach/boat rental , icecream, park, great food/drinks. It’s not brand new and could use a little updating but it was cozy and great bang for the buck.
