Great family trip!

We loved the location to the lake and the cabin’s amenities of the game room and hot tub. Property manager was great with communication. Would stay here again!

Quiet and family friendly

Great location to enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park and wonderful amenities to come home and relax. We enjoyed using the hot tub, ping pong and foosball.

Beautiful cabin

We loved our stay. The house had everything we could want or need. The fire pit and hot tub were great additions to the outside with deer wandering by while we enjoyed our time around the fire.

We loved our time in Grand Lake at the cabin. My husband and I agree it is our favorite vacation spot yet! The sm memories, decor, views and location were excellent! We were able to enjoy the wildlife and peacefulness in a space that felt like home!Thank you for your hospitality!

This house was perfect. Everything was easy and exactly as described. The hot tub, fire pit and game room were all great. It is set up to be a stress free, family friendly environment. Everything was clean and worked as we needed.

Great cabin in a beautiful area!

The property was perfect for our family vacation! The cabin was beautiful, clean, and had a nice view from back porch. The cabin had everything we needed and more. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Grand Lake was an amazing place to stay close to Rocky Mountain National Park!

Hilltop fun house

Best stay we’ve had yet, home had beautiful views plenty of hills for kids to sled on. The hot tub was the best thing after a long cold day of sledding or walking the town. Will definitely book again!

Absolutely Amazing!!! We LOVED your property! It was the perfect place for us to explore Rocky Mountain National Park. We visited the park almost every day and saw TONS of wildlife. We hiked a whole bunch of different trails and drove up to the Alpine Visitors Center. Best views in my opinion!!

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was a great location with the perfect amount of privacy. The house was very comfortable. The children enjoyed the game room. Loved that the hot tub was covered since it started snowing when we got there. It made for a wonderful scenery.

We absolutely loved the ping pong table and fooseball in the garage. House was clean and close to town and the park. The hot tub was great for chilly nights. We enjoyed our time there.There were a few days were the temps were warm and there were a few fans available, but I would bring more if you get hot easily.

Annually National Park Vacation

Our family of seven had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the house and took advantage of all it had to offer. We fixed all our meals in the well furnished kitchen, played games on the dining room table, and relaxed in the hot tub. The house was super clean and lived up to our expectations!

Excellent Location and Beautiful Mountain Decor

The code for the property did not apply to the locked up hot tub but otherwise this place was fantastic for a family gathering in Grand Lake. We stayed after boating on Shadow Mountain Lake and enjoyed the beautiful mountain setting. Nice back sitting area to relax and suck it all in.

Homey atmosphere

This location had everything we needed for relaxation in between excursions to Rocky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed family time here, including roasting marshmallows outside in the firepit, relaxing in the hot tub, playing games from the cupboard and in the garage (ping pong, foosball). The kitchen had everything we needed and laundry was convenient. No complaints at all!

Peaceful Heaven

The cabin is nestled in a quiet neighborhood baching into a pine forest and walking distance to Grand Lake. It's spacious, serene, clean and comfortable. Great location for exploring the Rocky Mountain National Park. The host was prompt and always answered all our questions in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

As Advertised

All the rooms, and overall house and property, were very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities, such as pots, pans, dishes, glasses... etc. House was definitely roomy enough for four adults. Great location, close enough to town and RMNP. Thanks, we had a great time.

Wonderful stay for all ages!

We had the most wonderful stay! The location was perfect with close access to RMNP, fishing and boat rentals and the house was near spotless and well kept. After the long drives and hikes through the park, a nice soak was much appreciated by all - adults and kids aged 7-63. Being from IA, I was concerned about not having AC in July, but it really wasn’t an issue with the cooler overnight temps. I would not hesitate to rent here again or refer to a friend.
