Hot tub was great. Quiet area. Lots of rules and warnings about checking in and out a few minutes early or late. Lower shower door off hinge so not usable. Downstairs bed unusable until we flipped the box spring onto the correct side. Gas stove heat source in lower bedroom did not work, found a portable heater in a closet that worked.

This house was perfect. Everything was easy and exactly as described. The hot tub, fire pit and game room were all great. It is set up to be a stress free, family friendly environment. Everything was clean and worked as we needed.

Absolutely Amazing!!! We LOVED your property! It was the perfect place for us to explore Rocky Mountain National Park. We visited the park almost every day and saw TONS of wildlife. We hiked a whole bunch of different trails and drove up to the Alpine Visitors Center. Best views in my opinion!!

We absolutely loved the ping pong table and fooseball in the garage. House was clean and close to town and the park. The hot tub was great for chilly nights. We enjoyed our time there.There were a few days were the temps were warm and there were a few fans available, but I would bring more if you get hot easily.

Homey atmosphere

This location had everything we needed for relaxation in between excursions to Rocky Mountain National Park. We enjoyed family time here, including roasting marshmallows outside in the firepit, relaxing in the hot tub, playing games from the cupboard and in the garage (ping pong, foosball). The kitchen had everything we needed and laundry was convenient. No complaints at all!

Wonderful stay for all ages!

We had the most wonderful stay! The location was perfect with close access to RMNP, fishing and boat rentals and the house was near spotless and well kept. After the long drives and hikes through the park, a nice soak was much appreciated by all - adults and kids aged 7-63. Being from IA, I was concerned about not having AC in July, but it really wasn’t an issue with the cooler overnight temps. I would not hesitate to rent here again or refer to a friend.

Wonderful experience!

The stay at this cabin was a wonderful experience! It was super clean & comfy! The kitchen was spacious & had everything necessary for cooking & grilling. The bed was very comfortable & family room with fireplace was also a great place to hang out with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. We were there when a snow storm hit & Maureen, the property manager was very responsive & fantastic to work with in answering our questions & helping to arrange for an extra night & later departure. The garage was a great place to spend playing fooseball & ping pong while being cold & snowy outside. Thank you for a great stay in this wonderful cabin!!

Hilltop fun house

Best stay we’ve had yet, home had beautiful views plenty of hills for kids to sled on. The hot tub was the best thing after a long cold day of sledding or walking the town. Will definitely book again!

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was a great location with the perfect amount of privacy. The house was very comfortable. The children enjoyed the game room. Loved that the hot tub was covered since it started snowing when we got there. It made for a wonderful scenery.

Mountain/Lake Love

We absolutely loved our stay. We were comfortable, happy, and taken care of. The home had everything we needed, including supplies for our little kids. The high chair and booster seat made life so much easier. The kids loved the toys and the game room. My only recommendation might be a little sprucing up of the game room area, as time allows. :) We would absolutely stay again and hope to be able to sometime in the future!

All the rooms, and overall house and property, were very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities, such as pots, pans, dishes, glasses... etc. House was definitely roomy enough for four adults. Great location, close enough to town and RMNP. Thanks, we had a great time.

Rocky Mountain Cabin

This place was really clean and had plenty of space for our family. The location was close to the lake and restaurants. The backyard was awesome! We enjoyed the firepit and hot tub. Just a warning there is NO A/C. It is not listed on the listing but I assumed this was included. If you come in the summer it is really hot during the day. It did cool off at night but it was a surprise when we got there. Overall it was great I would stay again.
