Dry comfortable beds and excellent breakfast. Be prepared and bring slippers. If you don’t have any, some will be provided. The hardwood floors are immaculate and the owners would like to keep them that way. You are asked to leave your outdoor shoes in a cubby by the door. If you are looking for reading material, the bookshelves are located upstairs. Note that there are two sets of stairs.

This lovely bed and breakfast is tucked into a quiet residential area of Grand Falls - Windsor, yet just minutes by car from shopping and restaurants. Exceptionally clean. Breakfast was made to order and of good quality. Owners and staff are friendly and amenable. Comfortable seating areas indoors and out for small groups travelling together.

Wish we could have stayed longer

The Carriage House Inn was FABULOUS! It is a recently renovated property in a residential area. We were greeted upon arrival even though we had received emails about how to check in. The Inn is beautiful inside and out! It is immaculate, had a coffee/tea station and filtered water readily available. The room(s)--3 couples traveling together were each uniquely and very tastefully appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable! The breakfast was a full hot breakfast served up quickly. There was plenty of parking! Our only regret was that we werre only staying one night.

We loved everything. The whole property and our room was beautiful and spotless. We were first met by the mother and daughter cleaners. They were so nice and so friendly. Then we met Junior. The owners could not have picked a better gentleman to run their carriage inn. We felt like we had run into a long lost friend. He was very kind and very genuine. Breakfast was very good with a generous number of choices. Would highly recommend staying here
