Booked a double king + sofa bed for family of 6. Got double queen + sofa bed. Sofa bed had no linens… 11:30pm trip to front desk to get some. 6 people on booking… 2 towels in the bathroom. Room has not been updated in years. I don’t expect luxury by any chance, but for over $300/night I don’t think expecting a towel for everyone in the party is too much to ask for. Either step up you service/amenities, or set your price to a more reasonable price.

Room 110 is a strange one. It has double doors that lead to the parking lot. There are seats right outside the doors that anyone can sit at. So much light comes in through the doors, it is distracting. Room needs a deep clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok. TV was not great. The clean remote was not useful and most channels were tuned to descriptive mode or set to SAP Spanish. No way to change it.

The only issue we had was the sound of the Air Conditioner when it came on. it was loud enough to wake you up when sleeping. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay. Food was good, bed was comfortable, and pool was fun.

Very good hotel. Front desk called to check on how the room was after we got settled in. I’ve never had that happen anywhere! Nice hot shower with directions on how to use it. Quiet room, except for a few creaks from the upstairs folks. Comfy bed with plenty of space for us. Will be returning!
