The ventilation in the bathroom was obviously not in working order. Walls etc dripping with steam even after a coolish shower. Felt and smelled mildewed and the urine odor was sometimes overwhelming. Alerted front desk staff assured they would see to it. Other than that-I’d stay here again! G-kid loved the pool area.

Needed a change of sheets as soon as we got there. The sheets had some stains and hair on them. The back of the bathroom door had some spillage on it. Also the whole hotel smelled weird.

The pool was dirty. The hot tub did not have hot water. Our bathroom shower didn’t work properly. It leaked water all over the bathroom floor. For $200 a night was very unpleasant experience. Our trash cans in the room didn’t even have trash bags in them. They can’t provide quarters for the laundry room and don’t They have laundry soap. The plug-in is on the desk where you’re supposed to plug things in did not work.

Our family of 5 has stayed here multiple times over the last few years. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Bathroom and shower doors need some TLC. They either won't stay shut or get jammed. Continental breakfast is quite good. Plenty of fresh food that is well stocked.

The overall condition of the hotel (lobby, grounds, etc) was good but our room had so many issues. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable, the pillows were garbage, the shower curtain rod was about to fall off and therefore the curtain couldn’t close properly and water got all over the floor. The bathroom sink didn’t drain well and one of our hand towels had a yellow stain over most of it. There were hairs in the tub and the surface of the tub was so slick that I slipped and just about fell getting into the shower.

staff was great, our room was so musky. gave me headache. we tried to move rooms but they were completely booked. Shower had NO water pressure. rooms need to be updated. furniture was expanding from being wet. Bathroom was partially painted. usually have good experience with LQ but not at this one.

Carpet very very dirty. Sofa bed with big stain and very dirty. Had to ask for 2 times to change rooms. 1st because the security lock of the door was broken and the refrigerator was freezed. But I asked to change mostly because of security. The second time I asked to change because I asked for an additional pillow to cover the stain of the sofa bed and the staff denied me an additional pillow. So I asked to change rooms where I could have a none stain and cleaner bed. Not much of a difference because this one was falling apart and had holes everywhere. The lady that denied me the pillow should be ashame of her self!! More issues but those are the most serious. Come on you guys service to clients should be priority for your hotel. And cleaness with so much bacteria and virus going aroud has to be a most. Have to improve in every aspect. Ohhh , and when I called and asked for sheets for the sofa bed they told me I had to go to front desk and get them!!! Whatt??? Come on ..there was a whole bunch off the staff sitting in a room just laughing and having fun. But nobody to bring me my sheets. You have faied in all aspects!!
