The apartment we stayed in was excellent! New construction, clean, extremely spacious and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the best short-term apartment rentals I’ve ever had!

The property was an excellent place to stay. However, it was very confusing receiving communication from the property about the check-in process after booking. They provided a link, but it didn't work. They provided a phone number, but don't tell you that you need to use WhatsApp to contact them. They did not have an email option to contact them, which they should have. When I could not reach the property, I contacted Expedia's help desk, who initially was unable to contact them. After more than 20 minutes, the property finally responded. They needed to communicate only through WhatsApp. Once we understood that, we reached out on WhatsApp and everything went very smoothly after that. The check-in also went smoothly once we were able to contact the property and received the information how to access the property electronically. They should make clear that bookers need to have WhatsApp to communicate with them and they should provide instructions as to how to obtain check-in information. Other than that issue, I would highly recommend the property because it is an easy 10 minute walk to the train station - which was wonderful and the property was beautiful and very new, modern and clean.

Le système de check in est vraiment agassant et long. C est plutôt bien placé, dans une rue calme et l'appartement est vraiment agréable. Il y a une machine a laver, une petite table a repasser et les lits sont confortables. La salle de bain est spacieuse et tout est propre. Je recommande, vraiment top !

O apartamento é maravilhoso, extremamente confortável, ar condicionado maravilhoso, localização boa. Roupas de camas excelente, apartamento novo e espaçoso. O problema grave é a falta de comunicação com a empresa responsável pelo aluguel do apartamento, enviei várias mensagens para receber as instruções para entrar no apartamento e ninguém respondeu. Cheguei no apartamento cansada e vi um endereço, em um papel colado mo predio, do escritório da empresa que aluga o apartamento e tive que me deslocar para lá arrastando mala num calor insuportável. Chegando no local ainda esperei uns 20 minutos para me darem as instruções para entrar no apartamento. Um descaso com os hóspedes.

De l'obscurité naît la lumière!!!

Le logement est exceptionnel hormis le grille pain qui est à changer (il fait sauter le compteur électrique) donc 5 etoiles pour le logement. Mon soucis a été avec la société qui s'occupe de la location du logement ( Nest Flats Triumfo) : réservation et paiement effectués depuis le mois d'avril, ils nous ont totalement oublié, j'ai envoyé plusieurs mails aucune réponse, leur numéro de téléphone raccroche systématiquement. Arrivés sur le jour J (20/07/25) aucun accueil, heureusement une locataire nous a indiqué l'adresse de l'agence. A l'agence une employée a fait le nécessaire pour nous permettre d'intégrer le logement. Je la remercie fortement car elle a été d'une aide et d'un professionnalisme exemplaire.

A acomodação é impecável, mas o processo de check-in é muito ruim. A começar, há um código para entrar no prédio, que deveria ser encaminhado por email, mas não foi. Tive que contatar o Hotéis.com e depois o flat para nos encaminharem este código. Quando conseguimos entrar, fizemos o check in na máquina, e ela nos deu o código do quarto. O quarto não abria, e um outro casal teve o mesmo problema. Depois de inúmeras ligações, conseguimos entrar no quarto após uma hora da chegada. Mas o alojamento é novo, limpo, bem decorado e confortável.
