Rooms were clean and front desk very friendly and accommodating. My room window opened to an narrow street that was very noisy late at night, so requested a change of room and was accommodated without a question. The hotel is almost hidden between narrow streets, but just a minute walk to main shopping streets.

The room was very comfortable, very clean-the bathroom floor was still drying when we checked in. The staff were courteous and helpful. Location was amazing, walking distance to everything! We also LOVED the beds--very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel right in the middle of the old town a few streets from the cathedral. Parking under the hotel was great but you do need to pay very careful attention to the directions given by the hotel. Highly recommended.
