Noisy! We could hear everything inside the hotel (taps running, showers flowing, other guests talking) as well as people down on the street. Room 110. Paid more expecting four star luxury and it was anything but. Disappointing. The three star Eurostar hotel in Córdoba was a world apart in terms of decoration. Our room was a good size, but we glimpsed one next door which was tiny in comparison: just enough room for a double bed and a window out on to an interior courtyard. There seemed to be several like that, so beware. No international tv channels. We moved to another hotel in town the next morning. Triunfo parking down the road was a nightmare to get in to due to the narrow car parks. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very nice, helpful and professional.
We stayed in this hotel as two couples for 4 nights it is a lovely hotel very clean rooms where small but enough for what we needed.Breakfast is ok fresh but not full English. This hotel is perfect for a city break just 10 minutes to walk to main square.Would highly recommended only minus no bar but plenty in walking distance.
Although the outside of the hotel is a bit dated we found the inside was very pleasant clean and fresh the room large and spacious ad very comfortable, staff very pleasant and helpful nothing was to much trouble secure parking is only 5 minutes walk at special rates for the hotel. Alhambra palace is only 6 euros by taxi
I rarely stay at large hotels when I travel but I left my accomodation reservations too late so found this one at the last minute. The hotel itself is in a good position to everything in Granada and you can walk to anywhere of interest, however it is absolutely soulless . We did have a great room (210) and the two girls at the reception desk where always very very helpful with information on whatever we asked. I did however come across a very rude young man on reception on our last night when I asked him to print out something for me. It was all too hard for him but when I asked his name for my report his demeanor changed immediately.
We booked this hotel as it had been recommended. Franky, superb, especially with the beautiful view of the square. Very convenient if you wish to visit Albayzin. Staff very helpful and professional although they did not manage to find my booking at the beginning guess problem with the reservation site. Breakfast : ok for 8 euros, can't really get cheaper than that, although perhaps I would suggest a walk and have an improvised breakfast in the center, more charming than a basement breakfast. However lady was very charming and efficient, thank you for your service and attention.
This is the worst hotel I ever stay in my life First they do not have luggage service assistance, no place to park your car to unload luggage Very small elevator Very unpleasant staff It take forever to check in A/C is not working Shower broke down as soon as you touch it
We arrived at late night welcoming staff was very helpful, the hotel is old but nice. The facilities in the rooms are basic but enough for the stay, they gave us maps and offered us their assistance. We kept our luggage at the counters until the evening when we came back. The staff are excellent make you feel at home, hotel is walking distance from major attractions but it was very hot to walk
The hotel was too far to walk to from the bus station where we arrived so we caught a taxi which cost us 7 Euros plus an extra 3 for baggage. We had only 2 nights booked for Granada and had not pre-purchased tickets for the Alhambra and Blanca behind the desk made a few phone calls to see if we could join a tour - it did not sound promising, however she checked again the following morning and she arranged for us to join the bus that was picking up people who were booked for tours. There was room for us on the bus and we were to take pot luck when we got there to see if we could get a ticket. We waited around for a bit and didn't get to join a tour but were able to get a ticket to go around ourselves. All worked out fine, especially as an announcement came over the loud speaker at 1.30pm that the tickets for that day had sold out. We were very grateful to Blanca for her kind help. The hotel room was comfortable with a safe in the room also. The hotel is located very near the Grand Via and also very close to an 11th century fortress gate - the Puerta Elvira. We were able to walk to the Albaicin district from the hotel.
This hotel is about 5 to 15 minutes walk from lots of amazing places in Granada. The biggest highlight is the warm hospitality; welcome drinks are available in the lobby all day, and the staff is helpful and very friendly. A good pick for short stays.
I had just been on a biking trip staying at paradors so was expecting quite a step down. Not so Location is ideal…. easy access great close underground parking.Staff speak perfect English and overwhelmingly helpful.Large comfortable impeccably clean room and bathroom.Immediately adjacent to old city great access and all for a price that is very reasonable. And did I mention the breakfast that was essentially the same as offered at the paradors.
