Clean, and the double beds we had were good. The elevators are a little tiny, so when we checked in (27 ppl) it got pretty overwhelmed. The staff were helpful the breakfast buffet was very good. A solid place to park it for the night.
Not the ideal location for sight-seeing. Took at least 15 minutes to walk to anywhere of interest. Ideal if you are on a business trip. Breakfast was average with the usual choice however the cooked food could have been hotter.
Relatively good service but needs to update interior of rooms and breakfast area. Taste of food is quite ok. Suggest more choices. Fast check in and check out. Location is good. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.
We stayed here as a family of 12 people of all different ages. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service at all times - even when the boys kept bothering them at random hours of the night.
Excellent large bed was very comfortable. Downstairs parking was easy. Breakfast buffet had a great selection of meats etc. Pleasant couple of nights, arrived 1am and all night desk was very helpful. Would rcommend
Rating place is always affected by several factors. I find the two to be the most influential, i.e. (i) what are are expectations, and (ii) what is the purpose of our stay. Since I travel a lot, my expectations are based on rich experience and in the end I can narrow them down to the following: a) cleanness, b) mattresses and pillows comfort, c) quality of service (in particular addressing problems when they occur), and d) location. The purpose of stay should define how much you really need some things in the room or a hotel in general. Based on my expectations and purpose of stay, this place really qualified as a decent one: clean, in good location, comfortable sleep, and quick reaction to reported problem with window in my room. Breakfast was a good one and the staff somehow managed to serve large groups of people in a very short time. Wi-Fi was of good quality.
No toiletries provided- when requested advised to use shampoo from shower, But saw these on cleaners trolley and took picture Tea kettle removed not provided on request and coffee bar full of dirt picture taken tried
Stayed 4 nights for a conference The rooms are very clean and tidy, the service is friendly and courteous. Many restaurants around the hotel and it's in walking distance from the conference center. Breakfast is nice and dinner is excellent. Would certainly stay here again
We stayed two nights whilst on a tourist visit. The room was larger than usual, everything worked efficiently, and was generally very comfortable. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was from a good selection, accommodating tastes for most people. There were coach parties present, but as individual travellers we did not feel overwhelmed by them. It is reasonably well located for the tourist attractions, though it requires good walking. Would we stay there again? Certainly
Stayed one night on a trip through Spain. Nice clean hotel close to many restaurants. Ate dinner at the hotel and it was very good buffet style. Rooms were hot but opened window and it was great and cool. The bed was a little hard but comfortable. Rooms very clean. Would stay here again on my way back to Granada. Breakfast also good.
