Stayed here for a friend's wedding that was also happening at the hotel. The room was clean and pleasant. There is no tea / coffee making facilities though which was a shame. The jucazzi on the roof terrace wasn't working properly. The water was cold and the motor was only pumping water in a small section of the tub. The pool and actual terrace themselves are nice though. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. A bit far from the old town and Alahambra too. Staff are nice and friendly.

The hotel is at a convenient distance from the conference center--just a 5 minute walk. The walk to the city center is somewhat longer 10/15 minutes. The room was good and so was the breakfast. I enjoyed the rooftop pool very much. Mostly the staff was very friendly and helpful! All in all a good value for money.

nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms. on top floor is nice pool and bar. breakfast was really yummy, various of foods. we had spent time in restaurant, the food was okey but woud recommend rather to visit local restaurant. i can recommend this hotel.

I stayed 2 nights here in the Hotel Center and I was satisfied. Good location, just 10/15 minutes walking from the cathedral. Very nice room, clean and confortable bed. Restaurant good for breakfast, for dinner it is better to eat outside the hotel. Granada is full of nice restaurants. Staff at the Reception very professional and extremely polite.

After being trying for days to contact the Manager -Sr. Joaquín Lillo- to try to resolve an incident...he never turned up, asking his admin helper Victor Sanchez to face the customer. Mr Lillo, you get paid to care for the customers and employee, not to warm up your chair! There are far better choices in Granada

He booked a 2 night stay here and was satisfied with everything. The rooms are clean and spacious for 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Parking was provided for the guest. A good location with store and pharmacy around.

Okay hotel bit old fashioned for me no free parking have to pay 16 euros to use their car parking beds were comfortable but room seems a bit pricey for what you get also a bit far from the town centre

3 night stay for a business event was spoilt by a few things but the foam filled pillows were terrible and left me with a very sore neck & shoulders every morning. The bed was firm to say the least and there must have been a gap between the shower & the seal as the water flooded over the bathroom floor. Lastly, my request for an iron never materialised despite 2 requests only to be told the 2 irons the hotel had were being used! Apart from all that the hotel was clean, staff very efficient & served a very good breakfast.

The staff is very nice, the rooms are big and clean. There is a pool on the rooftop where you can chill and relax a bit. There is a bus stop nearby where the bus takes you to the city center. You can buy your ticket from the ticket machine. (You can leave your car behind in the hotel's garage.) We visited Alhambra in the morning, relax a bit at the hotel in the afternoon and visited downtown at the evening when the temperature got a little bit lower. It was a perfect day.

The hotel is well located close to the science park on a quiet neighborhood, but otherwise it's a bit far from the main sights. Hotel is clean and rooms spacious. Staff were friendly and ready to help you. Very convenient hotel for business.
