Okay hotel bit old fashioned for me no free parking have to pay 16 euros to use their car parking beds were comfortable but room seems a bit pricey for what you get also a bit far from the town centre

3 night stay for a business event was spoilt by a few things but the foam filled pillows were terrible and left me with a very sore neck & shoulders every morning. The bed was firm to say the least and there must have been a gap between the shower & the seal as the water flooded over the bathroom floor. Lastly, my request for an iron never materialised despite 2 requests only to be told the 2 irons the hotel had were being used! Apart from all that the hotel was clean, staff very efficient & served a very good breakfast.

The staff is very nice, the rooms are big and clean. There is a pool on the rooftop where you can chill and relax a bit. There is a bus stop nearby where the bus takes you to the city center. You can buy your ticket from the ticket machine. (You can leave your car behind in the hotel's garage.) We visited Alhambra in the morning, relax a bit at the hotel in the afternoon and visited downtown at the evening when the temperature got a little bit lower. It was a perfect day.

The hotel is well located close to the science park on a quiet neighborhood, but otherwise it's a bit far from the main sights. Hotel is clean and rooms spacious. Staff were friendly and ready to help you. Very convenient hotel for business.

The staff was friendly and attentive and made our two day stay pleasant. At the end of each day we would take some time to unwind and decide the next day activities and the staff remembered our preference for drinks. The rooms were clean and comfortable, a bit larger than most European rooms and there was a due it your self laundry nearby. The walk to the city center was over flat ground but did take about a half hour. If your in shape, it's a pleasant walk that we did each day but if you prefer, a taxi can be taken and drop you off near the Cathedral which is a great jump off whether on the city bus tours or for shopping.

I stayed here for 3 nights and I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel is clean, not so central but nice walk away from the city centre. The rooms are a bit small, but we spent most of the time outside so it did not matter. The rooftop pool is very nice feature to rest after the long day. It was not crowded while I was there maybe 2-3 people each day. The rooftop area is very quite and peaceful, you can enjoy reading without being disturbed. The breakfast was good, nice selection. The area is safe, with few supermarkets close to the hotel.

We came 4 people at the same time, and it took ages to check in, the staff was nice, but wow it took long. Nice rooms, with good mini-bar and surprisingly cheap water for a mini-bar 1,72 €. No iron, but a laundry service, that was expensive. No fitness room. There was a swimming pool, but it was closed without reason. Very good continental breakfast with almost all you could desire. The hotel is situated perfectly, if you are using the congress center, < 10 min walk. It is a bit far from the city center. What really bothered me, is that if I put out "do not disturb".... I don´t want anyone in my room, also when I am out, and this was not respected. There was cleanup, even if the sign was out.

Nice hotel, looks modern and not that far from city centre. Unfortunately if you have a noisy neighbours you won't sleep well (doors are not very soundproof and you can hear slamming doors, talking, etc.). Ventilation in a bathroom didn't work, toilet flush sometimes failed to work too, mould around bathtub. You need to pay for the hotel's parking (11 EUR) and swimming pool's towel (20 EUR deposit). Water in jacuzzi cold and you're not allowed to use a roof terrace (and swimming pool area) after 8pm because of the evening restaurant. However breakfast choice is great and views from terrace and windows - fantastic, and staff (reception, waiters, cleaners, managers) are working really, really hard.

Had such an amazing experience and had a wonderful time!! So beautiful and fun!! Loved exploring and seeing the beautiful architecture and amazing buildings!!!!Totally worth going! Loved all the views and the people were so very kind!!!

Professional and efficient staff - Pablo, Lorens and Andrea in reception, waiters Antonio and Javier, Chef Carlos are just some of the staff that deserve to be mentioned by name. There's a choice between smoking and non smoking rooms. My room was changed immediately and without any fuss to a non-smoking room. Breakfast choices included everything and anything one could possible want. Rooms cleaned daily. Roof top swimming pool and sun terrace. Although clean, stairs leading to pool area and artificial grass could be renewed ... Roof top restaurant with lovely views of Serra Nevada, Granada and beautiful sunsets, that serve refreshingly large glass of Sangria. Hotel 5 minute walk from bus stop. 7 minute bus ride away from centre of town.
