I am not quite sure how this hotel got its 5 star rating. They lack the amenities and the service that you get from a 5 star hotel.

They put us in Eurostars Gran Via, and it was mediocre at best.
The hotel was the best one I stayed in during my trip to Spain, Truly five star. Gorgeous facility It is literally across the street from The Alhambra. 10 minute walk from the historical section. Has all the amenities you could want. The staff was hit and miss. Some were very helpful and accomodating and some were not at all. Rooms were exceptional. Would definitely recommend
The hotel decor and staff were lovely. Very helpful front desk in recommending sites and restaurants. Our room felt very new, with a nice sitting area and a very nice bathroom with a separate shower from bath and double sinks. Right across from the Alhambra, surrounded by the beautiful gardens of the Alhambra. A real gem.

The hotel located a bit far from the city center, but is right front of the Alhambra and you can walk right around the palace. The hotel offers great breakfast buffet and has a separated tub and shower. Overall great to stay over.
