Enjoy the service of the pool and barbecue area, where you can take a dip in season, relax in the sun and use the barbecue. Access and use of these areas is subject to availability and is shared between three apartments. In the event that there is a prior reservation by the users of any of the apartments, access will be limited, unless otherwise agreed between the interested parties. It is necessary to schedule access before or during the stay. Pool hours are: mornings from 9:30 [hidden] to 3:30 [hidden] and afternoons from 5:00 [hidden] to 10:00 [hidden]

The outdoor pool is open only in season, from June 1 to September 15, and its use is conditional on the loan of large pool towels (2 towels per user). The cost is €6 for a set of two towels, €10 for two sets or €12 for Three sets. If your stay is seven days or more, the service is free. Payment must be made in advance in cash or by Bizum.

In addition, use of the barbecue costs €10, which includes the necessary firewood and utensils for its use. Payment must also be made in advance, in cash or Bizum.

The laundry service, shared between three properties, is subject to availability due to reservations from other guests. Access, with prior reservation, is for up to 4 hours. Cost: €5 and includes detergent, fabric softener (4 washes), and a dryer.

During the autumn-winter season, the fireplace is available for a unique experience, although it is not necessary for air conditioning. Firewood is delivered ready to be lit. Cost: €8 per sack of firewood. Please notify at least 24 hours before check-in.

An extra bed can be installed for children over 5 years old, allowing for one additional guest. Cost: €30 per extra bed, free for children under 5. Please inform us at least 24 hours before check-in.

A high chair, a portable bathtub, and a bed rail are available for infants. Please check availability at least 48 hours before arrival.

In a divided house with no lift, the flat is on the 1st floor, you have to climb [hidden] you can see in the photos, the apartment consists of the following spaces: - a living area with sofa and TV, in an open space to an area with dining table.- a kitchenette area that can be closed like a cupboard, for cooking there is a portable electric cooker. - a sleeping area open to the living room with a double bed of 150x200 size- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed for child 80x180- 1 bathroomThe top of the flat: You will have access to a cosy private terrace of 14 m2 with chairs and a small table, with views of the Alhambra and the [hidden] is a warm and cozy space, used and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest.*In the garden area there is a gate that is NOT for use by guests.
