I stayed 1 night at this hotel in September of 2017 and didn't like it much. First it is far away from everything, we had to catch a bus to go to anywhere. Second the room smells bad and the air conditioner didn't work at all, just fan , so it was crazy hot in the room. Breakfast in the morning was caothic, the were lines for everything and not enough sits.
We stayed here for two nights as part of a large group (25 people). Staff were for the most part friendly and efficient. We arrived very late at about 22h30 and only option was room service. I suspect that we overwhelmed the hotel kitchen since the 20 minute promise turned into an hour and we eventually got the wrong wine and the wrong food. But we were too tired to be that bothered! Rooms are clean and bright, breakfast buffet was excellent.
Nice rooms, modern architecture. The hotel is located close to the historical centre to Granada, you can easily walk to the main sightseeing as well as to the shopping centre. There is a supermarket near the hotel. The bus stop is also 3 min walking.
The hotel is located outside Granada. A taxi to the city centre cost us between 7 and 8 euros. We did walk it on two occasions, but note that it takes about 30-40 minutes to do that. The photos on the hotel website give the impression of a somewhat luxurious hotel but it is not. Refurbishment in some areas is surely past its due time. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was ok... equipped with "technological" toilets cum bidets. The pool was quite large but also quite cold. Very disappointed that an extra charge is requested for the use of the internal pool/jacuzzi and the sauna. These should be free for hotel guests. Also parking is not free. On the other hand, their restaurant offered a very good lunch, including drink, for 15 euros only. All in all, our stay was very pleasant but I hope the management would address the issues raised.
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I really liked the interior design with the courtyard in a circle and plants, it was elegant and fresh. Very good breakfast, with great selection. A bit far from centre of Granada, but apart from that highly recommended. Not all receptionists speak English, so it took some time to get a message through.
Overall a perfectly good hotel for the rates. It's located on the outskirts of Granada but there is plenty of food available, a particular good restaurant is El Alambique round the corner which specialises in fish! It also has excellent transport facilities. There is a taxi rank around the corner and a bus( first SN2 and then LAC) into Granada city centre at Palacio de deportes. The staff are excellent and the rooms are good. Only negative was the rooms don't seem particularly well cleaned but overall not bad at all
Arrived late afternoon. Got to room quickly, but was given complimentary drink....nice. Lots of local restaurants.....which were really nice. Clean and tidy room. Very helpful staff. Underground car park....10 euros per night, but very safe. Was able to enjoy a great cycle on the morning of departure, with the help of the staff. We will be back.
When we walked into the lobby, we could sense that it is a modern hotel. Nice glass lifts take you to your floor. The rooms are well kept, clean and nice. The toilet is separate from the shower area which is good. The restaurant area is not huge and the 3 of us need to share table with others. The food is good too. The reception is friendly and help us to book a taxi to San Nicolas to view the Alhambra at night. However the hotel is rather far from the town.
This 4-star hotel is located within walking distance (about 3 km, 30 min) from Granada city center. It features clean rooms, friendly staff, good catering, and options for hosting a business conference. The value for money for a business traveller is above the average.
Straight to pluses and minus of the hotel: Plus: very comfortable bed, the room is wide and spacious, clean; excellent speed of the wifi; breakfast in general good and with a good choice of sweet/non sweet options. The hotel is near to a huge shopping mall. Minus: the external wall is glass so temperatures tend to rapidly soar in the room and, unfortunately, the climatization works only with the power card in; the bathroom is very small. The elevators are exhausting, it takes too much time from call to doors open. The hotel is huge, and caters to tourist groups and business meeetings. If you are a tourist and want to visit the city, it could be a bit too far away from the action. It is located in a mostly residential area, but there are restaurants in the surroundings, if you want to dinner out but not away from hotel.
