The beds were incredibly hard. The ventilation in the room was set to heat. We asked at reception who said there was nothing they could do and would ventilate our room whilst we were out for the day. No ventilation occurred, we were told to open the window which wasn’t an option with the motorway outside our window. Two nights uncomfortably hot. Whilst the reception area was really cold. The pillows were ridiculously long and we asked for extra in the hope we might get smaller pillows, they never arrived, we had to go and get them from reception, Went to the gym for a workout which was more like a death trap, the treadmill didn’t work neither did the cross trainer. Decided to quit and do a few weights. I am a regular user of a gym and would not recommend a novis using the facilities. No drink making facilities in the room.

We went snowboarding in Sierra Nevada for a weekend and we booked this hotel. The hotel is excellent with easy access to the highway and with a big shopping mall next to it. There is also a Lidl next to the hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean and the people working at the reception are very friendly. Overall it’s a very recomendable hotel.

Quite close to the center of Granada. You can go to center by subway or walking. The rooms are clean and handy. Breakfast is very good compared to other hotels. İf price is reasonable, can easily be recommended.

large lobby with events and happening going on...it seems like ppl there holding certain function at the hotel. Room is spacious. beds are comfortable. bathroom as usual no shower curtains or glass door. Shower head rested super high on the wall...difficult to reach :( NO BOILING KETTLE...bring your own if need...unless u wanna pop by the supermarket just 5 mins walk next to the hotel...👍

Granada is a place with long history. That does not mean hotels in Granada have to be old. This hotel seems to be boasting its age. The lifts are making noises and vibrations. The furnishings need to be replaced. The room ventilation leaves a lot to be desired as I was greeted with stinking smell of smoking. Sound insulation is suboptimal as the noise from the highway made its way into the room even when the windows were shut. Not recommended till there is renovation rectifying the above issues.

I stayed 1 night at this hotel in September of 2017 and didn't like it much. First it is far away from everything, we had to catch a bus to go to anywhere. Second the room smells bad and the air conditioner didn't work at all, just fan , so it was crazy hot in the room. Breakfast in the morning was caothic, the were lines for everything and not enough sits.

We stayed here for two nights as part of a large group (25 people). Staff were for the most part friendly and efficient. We arrived very late at about 22h30 and only option was room service. I suspect that we overwhelmed the hotel kitchen since the 20 minute promise turned into an hour and we eventually got the wrong wine and the wrong food. But we were too tired to be that bothered! Rooms are clean and bright, breakfast buffet was excellent.

Nice rooms, modern architecture. The hotel is located close to the historical centre to Granada, you can easily walk to the main sightseeing as well as to the shopping centre. There is a supermarket near the hotel. The bus stop is also 3 min walking.

The hotel is located outside Granada. A taxi to the city centre cost us between 7 and 8 euros. We did walk it on two occasions, but note that it takes about 30-40 minutes to do that. The photos on the hotel website give the impression of a somewhat luxurious hotel but it is not. Refurbishment in some areas is surely past its due time. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was ok... equipped with "technological" toilets cum bidets. The pool was quite large but also quite cold. Very disappointed that an extra charge is requested for the use of the internal pool/jacuzzi and the sauna. These should be free for hotel guests. Also parking is not free. On the other hand, their restaurant offered a very good lunch, including drink, for 15 euros only. All in all, our stay was very pleasant but I hope the management would address the issues raised.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I really liked the interior design with the courtyard in a circle and plants, it was elegant and fresh. Very good breakfast, with great selection. A bit far from centre of Granada, but apart from that highly recommended. Not all receptionists speak English, so it took some time to get a message through.
