A equipe de funcionários é muito prestativo e solicita, o que fica a desejar são os restaurantes que o hotel divulga, é mais barato ir direto do que ganhar os 10% de desconto que o hotel ofetece, outra ponto ruim, é a localização, longe de tudo. Não tem uma farmácia, um mercado, um restaurante perto. Você vai precisar de uber para tudo ou de tela entrega para tudo, dai fica caro.

Quarto bom e limpo. Destaque para a equipe do Café da manhã, muito atenciosa e prestativos, o Lucas, a Giovanna e o Léo nos recebem muito bem, e sempre com sorriso e gentileza. O café da manhã muito sortido e gostoso. A equipe da recepção destaco o Wagner, Thiago e Monique, que nos recebem bem, com cordialidade, simpatia e simpatia. Excelente atendimento destes três dazem a diferença na recepção do hotel. O hotel é bem localizado. Mas não tão central.
