Terrible Stay. Look For Something Else!

When I arrived at the property and saw my room, I was in shock because it was nothing like the pictures online. The room was terrible and so small one could barely walk between the bed and wall. I went back to the reception and they apologized and said that it was a glitch on the system and that I actually had booked the deluxe room. The deluxe room was no better than their standard room and I told the manager that their pictures online were very misleading and I was not going to stay in the hotel at all. The manager then offered me an apartment in a building within the property and only because I had my family (wife and child) and because I arrived late at night I decided to stay in the apt. Problems throughout my stay which I still regret not going to another hotel: 1. Wi-fi pretty much non-existent. Never worked properly. 2. They advertise they have a gym but it is a joke. They have one beat up treadmill. That thing barely worked. I tried to work out in the morning and the machine wasn't working as I was leaving the place a man called me and said I had to turn the building's electrical breakers on every time I wanted to use the gym in the morning. What was that?!!! 3. I had to check out early, around 0525 (am), and found myself locked in the property and almost lost my flight. The parking garage was locked as was the door to the main building. Went back to my room called reception and no answer. Went back to the main building and banged on the locked doors.

Ficamos no quarto do último andar aí ele tem uma parede inclinada.devido a arquitetura da construção, não curti, o chuveiro achei que não tinha tanta pressao o resto estava fantástico. Café delicioso e farto, o restaurante é meio pequeno e até sugere-se chegar mais cedo, pequeno salão de jogos,.piscina e academia, acho inconveniente ficar cobrando pelo estacionamento, 30 reais a diária + taxas ainda, e ainda ficar cobrando mais taxa das diárias, coloca tudo no valor da diária, meu desejo é sempre sair de um hotel e não ter q pagar mais nada....

Quarto bem limpinho, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos, café da manhã bem gostoso. Pontos negativos, o box do banheiro estava vazando água para fora, muito barulho, se eu quisesse só ficar no hotel não poderia porque tinha gente cortando grama, as folhas voavam pra dentro do box, bastante barulho, mas fora isso, hotel bom.
