Acomodação bem localizada, mas na média.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização. Deixa a desejar na manutenção do quarto (402) com lâmpada queimada e trinco da janela estragado. Outra coisa que deixou a desejar é que no anúncio do hotel diz ter estacionamento e chegando lá o meu veículo teve que ficar numa rampa na calçada da rua na esquina do hotel, fiquei apreensivo, mas não aconteceu nada com ele e ainda me cobraram 33,00 para o veículo ficar ali.

O Hotel é velho. Acomodacao parou no tempo. Ar condicionado nao aquece, calefaçao só funcionava apartir de 10 graus (ficou de 12 a 15 o final de semana todo). Piscina aquecida, carregadíssima de cloro. Impossivel ficar lá. Café da manhã razoavel, comida fria, ambiente velho. Torradeira só esquenta um lado. O hotel debitou 100% da hospedagem na reserva, mesmo eu optando por pagar no hotel (hotels.com nao conseguiu solucionar). O que me decepcionou foi o preço que paguei em relacao a qualidade. É minha primeira avaliacao negativa em qualquer hospedagem que fiz!

Achamos incrível o custo x benefício deste hotel! A localização é muito boa! O estacionamento está incluído na estadia, embora os funcionários fiquem com a chave e por vezes deixem o carro próximo ao hotel, o que é avisado no momento do check in, porém é uma rua de pouco movimento. Café da manhã bom também! Embora a calefação ainda não tivesse funcionando (fomos início de abril), o quarto estava bem quentinho! Limpeza e chuveiro bons também!

Infelizmente algumas questões não condizem com o ofertado. Estacionamento: O hotel não possui muitas vagas para estacionamento, oferecem o manobrista apenas. O meu carro ficou na rua. Ar Condicionado: Fiquei em um quarto onde o aparelho apenas resfriava, não tendo a opção da calefação. Ao falar na recepção apenas foi informado que com menos de 10º seriam ligados os aparelhos do hotel. Café da manhã: é divulgado que é até às 10 horas porém faltando 15 minutos não são repostas algumas comidas, inclusive ao ser questionado sobre ovos mexidos, foi dito que estava fechando.
