It was my first time visiting Gramado, and it couldn't be a better place to stay. Everything is within walking distance, and the hotel staff was invaluable in giving guidance and help with the parking.

Hotel is located right in the center of town near everything. The breakfast buffet was great. The beds were comfortable. Only thing I did not like were the annoying sales agent wanting to pitch for Hotel Club every morning as you walk out of breakfast.

O quarto era bastante simples e com sinais de desgaste. Porém, era limpo e confortável. O café da manhã era simples também. Ao me ouvir comentar isso com meu marido, uma funcionária ofereceu para que eu pedisse tapioca, omelete ou café espresso. Pedi e demorou bastante. Não vi esse serviço ser oferecido nas outras mesas. A localização é excelente. No todo, foi uma estada confortável, mas pelo valor esperava um pouco de "charme" na acomodação. Já fiquei em hoteis melhores da mesma rede.

Acho o hotel perfeito. Nada a reclamar. Apenas faço uma consideração sobre a equipe que faz abordagem todos os dias após o café da manhã. Vejo a abordagem de forma meio grosseira. Penso que deveriam ser claros quantos a abordagem. Mudar o foco da mesma. Ao invés de ficarem oferecendo gratuidades sem explicar no primeiro momento o que precisa ser feito em troca, deveriam chegar e oferecer de fato o objeto da abordagem e caso o hospede queira participar aí sim, ele seria brindado com isso ou aquilo. Acho cansativo e vejo nos corredores vários hóspedes reclamando do mesmo. Sair de um hotel de tanta qualidade, de tão bom atendimento, com essa percepção é muito ruim. É constrangedor a forma que abordam. 2a vez que fico no mesmo hotel e acha que isso já não existia. Mesma coisa da outra vez. Chato ter que ficar todo dia dando negativa pro mesmo questionamento.

Boa noite. Em Gramado, algo que incomoda muito no dia a dia do turista, são as ofertas constantes de "convites" para compras de coras de resort e hoteis. Isso acontece na sida de restaurantes e nas ruas. No hotel Laghetto essas ofertas acontecem apos o café da manha dentro do hotel. Muito incômodo.
