Funcionários muito prestativos e atenciosos. Todos os dias quando voltávamos dos passeios, o quarto estava limpo e arrumado. O hotel está localizado em uma rua tranquila, perto da Avenida das Hortênsias, com fácil acesso ao centro de Gramado. Próximo a restaurantes, farmácia, supermercado e padaria.
