Room clean & Comfortable.Stayed overnight on our trip to Brisbane with The Brisbane Limited by Cruise Express. There were about 80 of us and they were very quick in giving out our keys to our rooms. Lovely breakfast the next morning.

We stayed at the Quality in Grafton for a wedding with family, occupied five different rooms, found rooms to be of a good size, clean & comfortable. The position of the Motel is handy across the road from shopping centre. Our room both nights at between 11.30 -12 we were kept awake with what sounded like the sound of a water tap on full. Possibly coming from the room above us. Other than this small hiccup everything was fine.

The hotel is typical of that drive through style built 50 years ago. The rooms are also typical and although they were clean, they are dated. Nevertheless, the staff at the on-site restaurant was friendly and the food was tasty with generous servings.

Thank you to the friendly staff After a terrible experience at another hotel we where delighted by Quality Inn at Grafton Upgrade room excellent amenities Exceptional bed Awesome shower Spacious very comfortable

Ridiculously expensive for shabby old motel. Premium price, old worn out room. Lighting didn't even work properly. I travel a lot for work and play. Worst value I have seen anywhere. Other motels in the same area have all the advantages of location and are MUCH nicer for $50 cheaper price tag. All customers should expect more for this money.

This is a good example of a slightly-better-than-average country motel. My room was neither old nor new but it was clean and comfortable, everything seemed to work and the staff were friendly. I stayed on a Sunday when the restaurant was closed so I can't comment on that. The pool looked like it needed a clean but, in fairness, it was still winter. One small gripe is that the website offers Foxtel but it is no longer provided. Breakfast was limited to a very basic continental offering so overall, the claimed 4-star rating might be a bit of a stretch. The tariff was very reasonable and about right and I'd stay there again.

A simple room with a double and single bed. All the usual amenities kettle, tea, coffee, hairdryer, etc. Room was clean and serviceable and the water pressure in the shower was great. Not a 5 star resort, just standard middle ground accommodation. The pool was closed but it was winter so not such an issue. Located on a major arterial road just over the bridge but did not actually hear the traffic. There is a great Japanese place across the road and a large shopping center if you need anything during retail hours. There are also some nice cafes in walking distance.

We stayed in Grafton at the last minute and very much enjoyed our stay in the cottage room at the back of the hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Two TVs which is always nice. Small kitchenette and lounge separate to the bedroom. The veranda would be lovely in summer. We also chose to have room service. This arrived fairly quickly and was delicious. Thank you.

We went to the Quality Inn which is situated right oposite a shoping centre which was convenient. A lot of the stores in the centre are closed on Sundays. The room itself was older style and the bed was extremly soft. The airconditioning unit, to us had passed its use by date. Has a large fridge missing brackets to put anything on the inside of the door, needs upgrading, like the Air Conditioning Unit. The room was clean BUT in the bathroom large long black hairs were over the walls above the tiles. They had been there for some time and i photographed them. Not a good look and makes one wonder about the housekeeping cleaning practices. I informed the receptionist and she did not appear to be concerned until i informed her i would be putting this on our trip advisor site, that sure made her move and do something. Overall i would say the room does not resemble the name of this place. Quality Inn.

Stayed with a collegue for the Grafton Races for work. Easy access to town centre, shops and restaurants. Clean functional rooms with everything working including air conditioning. Very friendly staff and a bonus was the Buffett breakfast. Would definitely stay again thankyou.
