The room was beautiful. Very comfortable bedding. Excellent amenities. The valet staff were very efficient and easy to access. The plumbing needs a bit of updating. The tall tub wall made getting into the shower a little difficult. (We’re healthy but 62.) And the water surged hot and then cool. Lovely stay in Bordeaux

I was very happy with this hotel. The service was friendly. The decor was very pretty, the view from my room was striking and the bed and a/c were very comfortable. The location was very convenient.
