Unser gemütliches Haus mit Ferienwohnungen bzw. Zimmmer mit Balkon oder Terrasse liegt im Zentrum von Grabenstätt, zwischen dem Chiemsee und den Bayerischen Alpen. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für sportliche Aktivitäten zu jeder Jahreszeit. Unser Garten mit Terrasse lädt zum gemütlichen Grillfest ein. Inmitten eines Waldes liegt der idyllische Tüttensee. Es besteht die Möglichkeit bereits ab Mai bis September zum Baden. Im Winter können Sie Eisstockschießen, Schlittschuhlaufen und es besteht die Möglichkeit zum Skilanglauf. Schlittenverleih in der Nähe möglich. Abholung vom Bahnhof ist möglich.

Aufenthalt in Grabenstätt August/September 2019
Sehr nette Gastgeber. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat alles was man benötigt. Praktisch fanden wir die zusätzlichen separaten Wachbecken in den Schlafzimmern. Fast direkt gegenüber von der Ferienwohnung ist ein sehr leckerer Bäcker und ein Edeka. Was man wissen muss, ist, dass die Ferienwohnun an der Hauptstraße von dem Ort liegt. Grabenstätt ist aber keine Großstadt, der Verkehr nimmt abends ab und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
