Graf Chiemo ist der Namensgeber nicht nur für den Ort Chieming sondern auch für den Chiemsee und dem Chiemgau.

Der Ort, an dem sich jetzt das Haus „Graf Chiemo Suites“ befindet, ist einer der ältesten Siedlungsorte im ganzen Voralpenraum. An dieser Stelle zwischen dem kleinen Pfaffersee und dem großen Chiemsee wurde schon in der Jungsteinzeit, vor über 5500 Jahren, gesiedelt.

Mit liebevoller Detailplanung wurde dann Anfang 2023 mit den Bauausführungen begonnen. Das Haus kombiniert einen traditionellen Baustil mit hochwertiger moderner Einrichtung. Die handgefertigten Böden, maßangefertigte Einbauten und integrierte Natursteinelemente von regionalen Handwerksbetrieben verschaffen ein ganz besonderes Wohlfühlambiente!

Mit Ihrem Auto fahren Sie bequem in die kostenfreie Tiefgarage und gelangen barrierefrei direkt mit dem Aufzug in Ihre Suite. Ein Sicherheitsüberwachungssystem und E-Ladestationen runden jeglichen Komfort ab.

In den großzügigen Suiten erwartet Sie auf bis zu 140 qm Wohnfläche teilweise eine eigene Privatsauna mit großzügigem Balkon oder eine wunderschöne Terrasse.

Ein besonderes Schmankerl ist der private Seezugang zu dem Sie direkt vom Haus aus gelangen. In unmittelbarer Nähe steht Ihnen ein Bootsservice für die ganze Familien und Freunden zur Verfügung.

Die luxuriös ausgestatteten Küchen sollen zum Kochen animieren. Als Anregung hierzu dienen die verschiedenen Kochbücher von Spitzenköchen, die alle dem Hauseigentümer bekannt sind und zum Teil im Haus bereits gekocht haben.

Wer es zu Hause ruhig hat und endlich mal an einer vielbefahrenen Durchgangsstraße mit donnernden Lastwagen leben und schlafen möchte , ist hier genau richtig.Die Wohnung selbst war sehr schön und stylisch eingerichtet. Parken war sehr einfach. Das Baden im See war kostenlos und über 150m gut zu erreichen. Ein zweiter Aufenthalt wäre nur sinnvoll, wenn es diese Straße nicht gäbe.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Hervorragende Lage, toller Blick auf den Chiemsee und die Berge. Die perfekt ausgestattete Küche lädt defintiv zum Selbstkochen ein. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Betten sind super bequem. Wir haben richtig gut geschlafen. Wahrscheinlich hat auch der Geruch nach Zedernholz zu einem tiefen Schlaferlebnis beigetragen. Das Klima in der Wohnung war auch an heißen Tagen sehr angenehm. Hochwertige Materialien und eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung runden das Konzept des Hauses ab. Zur Begrüßung empfangen zu werden, mit einem frischen Blumenstrauß auf dem Tisch ist einfach sehr herzlich. Lieber Herr Wallner, lieber Herr Lechner, vielen Dank für alles und bis bald.
