Room was good value for working people staying over. Had good reviews but wasn't all that quiet with workers up and leaving early. Nice setup with common kitchen and courtyard. On street parking but dead end street so no issues.

The man on reception was lovely, helpful. Didn’t like parking on the street. Room was very clean but walls badly need painting. Free breakfast. Only drawback for me was street parking. I was travelling to Victoria. So a convenient place to stay.
