det var en blandet oplevelse, pga at vi havde problemer med at få nøglen da vi kom. Vi var ikke orienteret om at nøglen skulle hentes i anden by. Tlf nr. til kontakt var kun tlfsvare hvor vi ikke kunne indtale besked, efter lang tids venten fik hotel.com herhjemme kontakt til en rengøringsmand som kom med nøglen efter langs tid snak, dette var han ikke tilfreds med. Vi mener at vi har betalt for sengelinned , der var så heller ikke aftalt ifølge manden med nøglen. så dette var en træls start. Så dette sted vil vi helt klart ikke anbefale til andre. Nabo cafe fortalte ligeledes at de oplevede at flere var blevet snydt med dette sted, hvor de ikke fik nøglen, og måtte finde andet sovested.
