Nuestra encantadora villa se encuentra en la región de Gordes, clasificada oficialmente como uno de los pueblos más bellos de Francia. También tenemos la suerte de estar en esta región que está inundada de belleza natural: montañas, lagos, campos de lavanda, girasol, amapolas y todos los lugares impresionantes en las colinas alrededor. También está cerca de las icónicas ciudades de Marsella y Aviñón, así como de increíbles Parques Nacionales, Arles y toneladas de hermosos lugares de interés y lugares históricos. He alquilado esta casa durante más de 14 años y estoy feliz de decir que el 99% de mis huéspedes han tenido una estadía maravillosa y unas excelentes vacaciones. Esto me brinda un inmenso placer, ya que me encanta el lugar, así que compartirlo con otros y brindarles la experiencia a menudo mágica de su ubicación única es muy conmovedor para mí.

This was exactly what we hoped it would be - a charming, quiet place to stay, spending mornings touring local villages and afternoons by the pool. It is very comfortable and well equipped and the pool is very refreshing (it was 90 degrees every day of our stay).

Beautiful spot for a relaxing holiday

This is a beautiful house with a stunning town on the doorstep. We loved our early morning walks to the town for coffee, incredible views and collecting delicious fresh, local goodies for days by the pool. The weather was so hot we didn’t explore that much, but had a fantastic and relaxing stay.

Peaceful place/great location

Really enjoyed the property. Quaint villa property off the beaten path in the beautiful town of Gordes. Perfect location to explore the area. House is very comfortable and in great shape. Off season so didn't get to enjoy the pool but would be the perfect place to relax . Owner was very helpful and nice.

Exceptional stay

Would give 10 stars if I could- wonderful stay. The house was so clean and well prepared for us. Felt luxury rustic. There was great detail put into the design. Easy communication with the owner. Great location down a picturesque street and easy to get in and out of Gordes town. Would definitely stay here again.

Oasis in Provence

The house is beautiful and spacious, lots of room to spread out. Garden beautiful and peaceful. Location close to town but far enough away to be very quiet. Loved the beverage station and large dining table. Lots of light in the living area, wifi and TV great and easy to use.

Wonderful stay in Belle Du Jour

We had a great stay in Belle du Jour. The house was beautiful and had all you could ask for a family of four. It was incredibly hot while we were there so we found ourselves spending most of our time in the pool, which was lovely. Valerie was also very helpful and the location in the heart of the Luberon is hard to beat. Highly recommended.

Beautiful and well-appointed house. Very private with beautiful garden and pool. Perfect for two couples. Larger groups might find only two toilets to be inconvenient, and one of the three showers wasn’t working while we were there.

Provence at it's finest

The property was fantastic. An excellent location for exploring all the towns and villages of Provence. My wife and I stayed for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed the charm of the home as well as the pool. The farmhouse was nicely private yet was very close to the roads around Gordes and surrounding countryside. We took advantage of frequenting several of the restaurants nearby, but we also would eat some dinners at the house using the very homey long dinner table in the kitchen. Overall, our stay was wonderful ... I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an outstanding home base to see Provence.

Gorgeous private house near Gordes!

Valerie was wonderful; she was very quick to respond to any need or question. The house and pool were something out of a fairytale. The classic Provençal looks and lush surroundings were a treat. Amazing house in beautiful area

It was a nearly perfect experience! Loved the property!! I didn’t notice that the master bedroom was a pullout, but that was my mistake. It was clear in the pictures. We had a great getaway & couldn’t have asked for a better location to visit all the villages, each 10-15 minutes away. Daily farmers markets & an amazing Provence experience. Thank you!

Lovely Stay in Gordes!

We had a really wonderful time at Valerie's lovely home in Gordes. It's the perfect spot to use as a base for exploring the Luberon. The house is very spacious and comfortable, particularly with A/C in the summer. It's beautifully designed and furnished, with everything that you need for a stay. The best part was the pool. Valerie was very kind, helpful, and easy to communicate with. She gave great recommendations about what to do in the area. We weren't able to do all of them because of our shorter stay there, but I hope that if she keeps renting out this house, we'll be able to come back again one day for a longer stay!

Beautiful home and location

This property is very comfortable and has all the conveniences you would need . Well equipped . I have to say we did not find it walkable to the village of Gordes and we do a lot of walking. Its not far but it requires walking on the road close to traffic with lots of blind curves and fast drivers. Its a short drive but be aware that it costs 8eu every time you park there. The best places to park are the several parking lots at the top of the hill in the village.

Lovely secluded house

We had a lovely week in this quaint house. It was secluded with a lovely pool which was cleaned twice during our week. Which was ideal as it was quite windy. We had no faults with our stay and Valerie was helpful when required. I would like to point out that air conditioning is only downstairs, kitchen and bedroom with pull out sofa bed in. There was an air conditioning unit in the top bedroom which was satisfactory. That would be my only comment on what was a lovely week that it should be clearer in the description where it is.

A lovely and secluded house

This was a charming house, nicely secluded, just outside of Gordes. We enjoyed being away from the traffic and noise around the town, yet being able to get on the road quickly. The three floors provided ample space for four of us, even with rather steep steps to climb. It was too cool to use the pool in late September, but it sure was tempting! The most challenging aspect was driving down the narrow lane to the house, which would be near impossible for large SUV-type vehicles. All in all, this is the perfect get-away for those wanting some peace and quiet while traveling around the south of France. We felt privileged with the elegance and space of this renovated farm house.

Stunning home in the depths of Provence

It's hard to put into words how pretty this house and the surroundings are. The interior decor is very luxurious and tasteful, and the house and setting is a dream. The Luberon/Haut-Vaucluse region is a lovely place to stay - well within reach of all of Provence's jewels - and provided our family with an excellent base. It the perfect place to both launch ourselves into the countryside to climb Mt Ventoux and visit the vineyards of Beaumes-de-Venise, or simply relax by the pool. During our stay, Aries (the property manager) visited a few times to keep the garden looking perfect and clean the pool, and he was also extremely useful in giving ideas for things to do in the local area...like the evening market in Coustellet, which we would have never known otherwise. Valerie, the owner, was also very patient and helpful in answering all of my queries! A perfect week in Provence.
