The property's attention to detail was noticeable. From the towels, to the coffee in the bowl, to the napkins on the table the entire property was really well done.
When it snowed the deck was shoved for access to the hot tub.
But most importantly I need to mention an intangible of the experience. I was seriously hurt skiing on difficult terrain in a white out requiring air lifting and surgery. It all turned out fine but not without some very stressful days on my wife. When she called Lush and spoke to Tess explaining the situation, John and Tess gave us a refund for the unused days. In the big picture, the charges were an insignificant part. But what was meaningful and important was John and Tess's gesture and compassion in a time of extreme stress and uncertainty. That simple kindness was the full measure of our meaningful experience in the Unit managed by Lush Mountain. Thank you, Ralph
