Great location with great ocean views. Great hosts. No air-con in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. Was stifling hot and humid at night for downstairs guests even with ceiling fans. Would be ideal Autumn to Spring accommodation. Would not suit anyone with mobility issues as there are lots of stairs.

fantastic location

had a great weekend, but not a good sleep. all beds very hard. not enough pillows or towels. Other than couches, most furniture needs replacing or is very cheap. Dining chairs falling apart and $7 ikea coffee tables as bedside tables would be better suited to a bedside shack. Kitchen and 2 bathrooms excellent, but rest does not match the 'luxury' description. The lack of a lift or AC needs to be advertised
