Airconditioner wasn’t very cool. AC vent was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned for years. Even the portable fan was filthy. No mattress protector on bed. Like seriously. Disgusting and very disappointing. 2 towels for a room for 2 people staying for 5 days was just not acceptable. NEVER EVER again will I use QStay !!
AC vent was full of dust so AC was not working very well at all. Clearly hasn't been cleaned for years!
