Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week. - Back to back changeovers and one night stays we cannot guarantee spa will be heat by check in as it requires us to fully empty clean and refill before each guest. Lovely unit in a quiet area
We had a wonderful time at the Penthouse
The place was very clean
The location is very convenient. Short walk to the beach and some lovely restaurants/dinings
The strict quiet hours is a bit inconvenience as we can't freely have a chit chat enjoy the night view on the balcony/roof top

Nice, quiet and handy location
We enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was really well equipped to dine in. Great views over the canals. We were excited to find an inflatable “hot tub” on the rooftop balcony but it didn’t heat up so unfortunately not much use. The address to collect the key was confusing as it said a different street name than where it actually was.. but we got there eventually! Beds were super comfy and apartment was lovely and quiet and relaxing.
